mbumba from Rumphi and Lilongwe 3 of 3

Women Dancing for the Late Kamuzu H Banda. He loved to see the dancers when he traveled from district to district and most of the people were happy to receive him. These women are from Rumphi in the Northern region of Malawi. There are also women from Lilongwe the capital city of Malawi which is in the central region. These dances are national or regional -not Tribal.

People were hard working in agriculture and dollar was powerless to Malawian currency it was equal to a pound
