Remove qualified immunity, and then you won’t have a thirsty, public servant like this, whom just cost the taxpayers millions of dollars. He should be personally liable he knew better.

How can we trust the transcripts when he repetitively made the court reporter leave and the deputies to turn off there bodycams??? Wait wasnt this jerk the same one who said he only wants new case law??? Quit trying to cover
While the trial is paused he should be granted bail. This was a completely biased trial. Tuff cookie if he got caught. Let this case go before they pull up all your other cases judge. Which would only be right. Got to know when to fold!
Of course it paused Atlanta needs to leave the trying of RICO to lawyers that didn’t their law degrees from Walmart!
Brigadier General Ural Granville is not accustomed to taking "no" for an answer and usually has the last word in every legal argument (even when he's WRONG). The judge is not doing this because he wants to be kind and reasonable. He's been battered by the Judicial Inquiry Commission and the Georgia State Bar and "strongly told" to back down and hand the trial off to another judge (as the law demands) so that he doesn't wind up in a mess he won't be able to undo and possibly winds up being sued shortly. He has likely also been reminded that he is not in the military now - that he's in a routine courtroom.
Granville probably isn't a member of the bar. Judges don't have to be, only attorneys. I bet he met with his lawyer and the judge right under him from his courthouse over the weekend and they advised him that he's fucked if he doesn't change course and advised him what he has to do to try to salvage the situation.
If nothing else, this at least shows that Granville does have the ability to realize when he's fucked up royally.
Why does he want this trial after the woodman's lied? Isn't that in itself an issue for him to continue?

Also, why isn't there a request to have Mr. Copeland (lawyers) tell everyone what happened in chambers? it was mentioned (multiple times) that the State knew Mr. Copeland was planning to plead the Fifth prior to the debacle on the witness stand last month.

That judge is a whole mess
The current judge should have released the transcripts almost 3 weeks ago. Additionally, he should have sent the issue of recusal to another judge 2 weeks ago. He has been the holdup. In light of all this chaos - the defendants should ask to be on home monitoring until a decision is made.
Retirement is within weeks.
This is not the America I dreamed of. Justice?

I think everyone is overlooking the facts here. I understand that this whole trial is a joke but and I know some of u ain’t gonna hear this & im probably one of the biggest YSL mainly Mr Jeffery Williams AKA Thugger fans for years & have literally followed him like a groupie & really can’t quite understand why someone that has found a way out of a life of crime & able to take care of his entire family along with many others but tell me how many of us would still want to put ourselves in a situation that could sever the ability to provide a good life for yourself & so many other ppl. This is the reason I am so upset with Thug cause he isn’t an idiot he knows right from wrong but yet he still was involved in so many different criminal activities I mean for god sake he actually told us about a lot of them in his music. Maybe it’s true what they say and I’m sure a lot of you are gonna say I’m racist for even thinking this but your wrong is it that you can take someone out the hood but u can’t take the hood out of someone? Im not a phycologist by any means & until recently I had no idea that your upbringing is so critical on decisions you will make in the future. My thing is this if he did have nut killed he was wrong for that cause no body has the right to take someone else’s life unless u mess with their kids of wife ect and how is he gonna act when he gets out is he gonna retaliate on all the ppl that rolled on him? One thing I honestly believe is that they should grant him a bond thru this trial cause innocent until proven guilty which is a joke In itself. I’m torn because I want him to get out & make more music but is it gonna be any good without him living the lifestyle. I say this much & im sure all of u will agree & that is the star witness has been funny as hell on the stand.😂

Release the content, bc the meeting dealt with substantive matters, and one party (the prosecutor) will gain tactical advantages. Otherwise he wouldn't release. So after he withheld and the witness continued to testify, which was a huge disadvantage to the defense. Had the defense known all the matters discussed, motions would have been file and Woody wouldn't have testified.

All of this cuz the defence attorney wasnt invited to the party, can they not just throw another one on the weekend when they not working?

What a clown this judge is. He's pretending that these are his decisions, saying this court has decided to do this and this court has decided to do that. This court didn't decide anything. This court was ordered to do all of those things because this court was ruled to have grossly violated the rules of criminal procedure. And this court is obligated by law to suspend the trial because this court is the subject of a hearing for recusal.
Even what he's doing here is further violating the rules of criminal procedure. The second the motion for his recusal was filed he no longer had any jurisdiction unless and until there is a ruling that he should not be recused. The only thing he is authorized to do at that point is to inform the parties that the trial is suspended pending the ruling on his recusal. Even holding an official hearing and requiring the parties to appear is a further violation.
So are all the states' legal team ( meaning prosecuters and judges dirty)?? Gezz I mean really
