Maam, If bank sells Mortgages to investment bank, then how can it handover or return to the loan taker after repayment of the loan?????

Do banks also charge a fee to the investors buying MBS ??

They sell it to the SPV/Investment Backs which in turn sell them to investors. So No fee is involved in this according to me.
