Airwing and Search & Rescue Alpine Training

Tactical Flight Officers from the Police Air Wing recently took part in an intensive alpine-based training course. With their feet firmly on the ground and no helicopter in sight, these officers were put through their paces in readiness for difficult search and rescue operations, challenging terrain and inclement weather conditions.
