This was probably a head end for a local cable company. Maybe they went out of business or went fiber so have no need for this head end anymore. Some unique looking dishes. Salvageable but probably a huge job, especially in the desert.
The dishes are really cool. I found out that it belonged to a regional cable TV company that was purchased by Suddenlink in 2010.
