The question concerning article 370 and 35A were unfortunately by passed. The only way to solve Kashmir issue is to abolish both the articles and make kashmir equivalent to any other state in India, restore the rights and place of Kashmiri Pandits who were driven out of Kashmir and allow for both owning and buying of property by any other Indian in Kashmir.
