How to convert a generator recoil starter to an electric starter!

This past winter, the recoil spring broke on my Coleman Powermate 4000 generator. Since it's over 30 years old, finding replacement parts is difficult. I enjoy tinkering and discovering different ways of doing things...and with some online research, I found this great method to start my generator using my cordless drill! It took me only 30 minutes of work and cost less than $10!!
