This was so fun to watch! Isn’t crazy how a person can change their mind about cool colors or warm colors certain times of year? When I’m not tan, that’s when I prefer more neutral browns and the mauves, like the Huda Rosa Quartz. When I’m tan, bring in the warm colors! Natasha bronze, Zendo, naked heat, Patrick ta (the original brown one).

You are so right about the Flower Beauty foiled eyeshadows. The quality is AMAZING. They are gorgeous and the pan sizes are large. I could not live w/o them. I'm glad that you like them as well. Yes....I am really looking into more Indie brands for their duo and multi-chromes. They just take an eye look to a new level. I need the P. Ta palette.
I so agree about the Flower beauty palette! So far my favorite has been the Melt Mariposa palette. It kind of blew me away, but I also got the new Nomad Palette in PR, the Provence Palette, and it’s pretty amazing, as well.
I love eyeshadow palettes. They’re definitely my weakness. I have almost all of these. Of course I want the others but I don’t need them. I have something like the few I don’t have. I prefer more pigmented shadows so I definitely know I won’t reach for them. Love this video!

I love my Patrick Ta, Heather Austin, and my Huda too! I had to put up my PT MD II so I could reach for other palettes. The cream shadows are only useful for me to line with, but the shimmers?! Omg! Also, I rarely use mattes and that palette is the one that I use the mattes!

If big palettes are overwhelming try to pick one row and stick with only those colours. This way they are like those mini palettes with five tones in them and it is easier to see the what could work together 😊
My favorite palette is a bit of a random one, but I adore the Pat McGrath holiday palette 🥰 Her first holiday palette was so horrible, but I’m glad that I took the risk of getting this one. It’s stunning and I get compliments every time I wear it. Angelica’s Odin’s Eye eyeshadow palette is also a close second

Hello Andrea, I been looking at The Patrick Ta Major dimensions 2 palette since it was released. And I really enjoy the 1st one. But I didn’t want to get it, plus I was on a low buy No buy since November of 2021. But I went into Sephora and I swatched it. I fell in love and I had to get it. I didn’t purchase it that day. But I did order it on line. Now you asked what is our favorite palettes and I’m just going to name 3 only. Starting at number 3 is Norvina Volume 5 palette. 2nd is Pat McGrath Mothership V Bronze Seduction. 1 is Vanity Makeup The Signature palette.
Eyeshadow palettes are my FAVORITE!! 😍 I totally agree with the elf orange dreamsicle palette… it had so much potential, but just didn’t do it for me either.
I loved the Essence 6-pan palettes, but the shadows have a tendency to pop out of the pan and break everywhere. You absolutely cannot put these in your purse and count on them surviving. One of them (I think it was the Mauve It Mauve It one) broke in shipping, and when I went to Ulta to exchange it, I had a hard time finding one on their shelves where the shadows weren't broken in some way (from a little corner break to full on "not in the pan anymore" breaks)! I appreciate a soft shadow, but even at the Essence price point... these are too hard to keep from breaking to be worth it to me, sadly. PS - You look AMAZING in bright colors! I've only bought 1 palette so far this year, the Menagerie Flight Club- but it's EASILY one of the best/ a quick favorite for me. And funnily enough, I think another favorite would be Modern Renaissance which I'm trying to use up this year. I mainly was only wearing it for the last two weeks and I didn't have a bad eyeshadow day. There's something to be said about palettes that were long running favorites for people in the beauty space.
I love the HB Mercury Retrograde palette. Its just one of the prettiest and best performing palettes I own. However, its just too much for going to work. For everyday I rely on my neutral Viseart 12 pan palettes and Lorac unzipped unauthorized palettes which I love also.
Sigma new mod is one of my faves from this year! Well, I bought that one the same time that I got the Natasha Denona glam face palettes both light and dark, and both Patrick ta palettes. Sigma new mod, the dark nd face palette are my top two favorites from this year! Oh!!! I did get the heather Austin palette also, yes, that one would be right up there. Those are my top 3 favorites!
The Heather Austin Adept palette was the only one where the image actually looked like the palette in your hand - all the others looked different in varying degrees!!! Well, this was super interesting and very, very informative. Thank you 😊 Much love 💜💜💚💜💜
It’s true I feel like so many photos online look so different than the palettes in person! Although, my lighting contributes a little bit too but I do wish brands wouldn’t enhance the photos of their palettes as much!
@@AndreaMatillano Yes! My Two Moods from Give Me Glow Cosmetics does not look the same as their online and social media photos. I was disappointed at there not being burgundy in the palette like the photos suggested.
My favourite palette I bought this year is the natasha denona mini retro. Although, I did just order colourpop that's taupe and makin mauves so we'll see if it stays at the top.

I LOVE the All Amethyst palette. It’s fun but subtle. I never worry that it’s going to look too much. 💜💜💜 and I’m waiting til the Rose Quartz goes on a major sale. I want it so bad but it’s $67 lol. I waited for the Mercury in Retrograde palette until it was $30 and it was so worth it

I'm really late to the game when it comes to thus palette...NYX Ultimate Utopia....it's just soooooo expensive, but I've had it in my cart for a long time. when Ulta had a sale, I decided to go for it.....I'm so happy I did. I LOVE this palette....even though it's a bigger palette, it's easy to break the colors by quads to come up with an eyelook. This allows me to not be so overwhelmed by the fact that it's big. I just see like 8 mini palettes in this one big case. 😉😉😉
Hey, Andrea..! 🙆♀️From essence brand, I had the green, mauvey and bronzy little pallettes. At first, I liked them, but for some reason, when I used each one of them for a 2nd time, the shades kind of changed its formula aside of not having its original pigment, meaning I had to build a lot the shades to get the eye look that I wanted. I gave them away..!🤷♀️
So, you talk about loving the Colourpop Coast is Clear palette and I immediately think that it looks like a trimmed down Huda Beauty Rose Quartz palette...and I can't help but giggle when said Huda palette is the next one you mention. 😂

My biggest disappointment on the orange dreamsicle ELF bite size palette is that the colors are not how they look on the website. I don't hate it because I do like pinky, peachy, orangey shades. So it fits into my collection. I just feel a bit mislead on what exactly I was buying. And it seems I wasn't the only one.
I have tried Heather's palette and I own all the Adept palettes so glad have them. It is such a great formula and no headaches trying to get a good formula. I do hope Flower Beauty keeps making that shimmer formula.
For Me: it’s never the palette(s) My Mind: feeling a nude lip… I pop on a Bold Purple lip. 😩 I do that every time and don’t get me started on Blushes! 🤣 I just think we’re just a makeup junkie that go with the flow. Elf’s Love U Latte is my holygrail. I have 3 more and hit pan on all of them. Now I have their big Nude palette from them.. It’s just the mini hits different for me! And I love the Coconut Duo Highlighter as a Contour/Bronze.
They really are the most amazing shimmers on the eyes! I need to try more from indie brands because the mainstream brands really aren't doing anything as special!

Love these videos! Favorite palette for 2022: I’m one of the few who LOVE UD Wild Greens 😂 I love the color story, easy to blend, and can’t get enough of the greens. My only frustration is with the shimmer, Fuzz. It’s beautiful peach green shift but so messy. On sale now for half off on UD site.

I ordered mine from Flower Beauty and didn’t have an issue but I’ve heard from other people when they order from Ulta it comes broken! They used to be sold in Walmart stores but I actually haven’t seen them in any stores recently. 😭

I mainly was only wearing it for the last two weeks and I didn't have a bad eyeshadow day. There's something to be said about palettes that were long running favorites for people in the beauty space.
I love the HB Mercury Retrograde palette. Its just one of the prettiest and best performing palettes I own. However, its just too much for going to work. For everyday I rely on my neutral Viseart 12 pan palettes and Lorac unzipped unauthorized palettes which I love also.

The colourpop textured shadows were on sale the other day (9 USD for all three combined) so I snatched it up! I’m so excited to get them.
Sigma new mod is one of my faves from this year! Well, I bought that one the same time that I got the Natasha Denona glam face palettes both light and dark, and both Patrick ta palettes. Sigma new mod, the dark nd face palette are my top two favorites from this year! Oh!!! I did get the heather Austin palette also, yes, that one would be right up there. Those are my top 3 favorites!

The Heather Austin Adept palette was the only one where the image actually looked like the palette in your hand - all the others looked different in varying degrees!!!

It’s true I feel like so many photos online look so different than the palettes in person! Although, my lighting contributes a little bit too but I do wish brands wouldn’t enhance the photos of their palettes as much!
@@AndreaMatillano Yes! My Two Moods from Give Me Glow Cosmetics does not look the same as their online and social media photos. I was disappointed at there not being burgundy in the palette like the photos suggested.

My favourite palette I bought this year is the natasha denona mini retro. Although, I did just order colourpop that's taupe and makin mauves so we'll see if it stays at the top.

I LOVE the All Amethyst palette. It’s fun but subtle. I never worry that it’s going to look too much. 💜💜💜 and I’m waiting til the Rose Quartz goes on a major sale. I want it so bad but it’s $67 lol. I waited for the Mercury in Retrograde palette until it was $30 and it was so worth it

So many beautiful palettes! I am on a low buy this year but i got a couple of colourpop palettes and a palette of water activated multichome pigments and that one is my favorite so far! Cheers from Colombia!

I'm really late to the game when it comes to thus palette...NYX Ultimate Utopia....it's just soooooo expensive, but I've had it in my cart for a long time. when Ulta had a sale, I decided to go for it.....I'm so happy I did. I LOVE this palette....even though it's a bigger palette, it's easy to break the colors by quads to come up with an eyelook. This allows me to not be so overwhelmed by the fact that it's big. I just see like 8 mini palettes in this one big case. 😉😉😉
Hey, Andrea..! 🙆♀️From essence brand, I had the green, mauvey and bronzy little pallettes. At first, I liked them, but for some reason, when I used each one of them for a 2nd time, the shades kind of changed its formula aside of not having its original pigment, meaning I had to build a lot the shades to get the eye look that I wanted. I gave them away..!🤷♀️

My biggest disappointment on the orange dreamsicle ELF bite size palette is that the colors are not how they look on the website. I don't hate it because I do like pinky, peachy, orangey shades. So it fits into my collection. I just feel a bit mislead on what exactly I was buying. And it seems I wasn't the only one.
I really don’t understand why it differs so much from the photos online! It really does look like a completely different palette.

I have tried Heather's palette and I own all the Adept palettes so glad have them. It is such a great formula and no headaches trying to get a good formula. I do hope Flower Beauty keeps making that shimmer formula.

Elf’s Love U Latte is my holygrail. I have 3 more and hit pan on all of them. Now I have their big Nude palette from them.. It’s just the mini hits different for me! And I love the Coconut Duo Highlighter as a Contour/Bronze.
I have no favorite palettes in 2022 .As of right now I am just sticking to my Colourpop mega palettes & 2 Nicka K palettes in SPICED UP & SUGAR COAT.

Duochromes are everything. Adept, Terra Moons. I can't believe colourpop hasn't came out with true duochrome supershock Shadows or palettes.
They really are the most amazing shimmers on the eyes! I need to try more from indie brands because the mainstream brands really aren't doing anything as special!
I didn't buy the wild greens palette because I'm trying not to buy any eyeshadows, but I saw sephora had it marked down and I ended up getting it for 13 dollars with some points

Love these videos! Favorite palette for 2022: I’m one of the few who LOVE UD Wild Greens 😂 I love the color story, easy to blend, and can’t get enough of the greens. My only frustration is with the shimmer, Fuzz. It’s beautiful peach green shift but so messy. On sale now for half off on UD site.

I ordered mine from Flower Beauty and didn’t have an issue but I’ve heard from other people when they order from Ulta it comes broken! They used to be sold in Walmart stores but I actually haven’t seen them in any stores recently. 😭
