I have come a long way, although still have a long road ahead of recovery. But this is all thanks to you and the anxiety guy. I thought I was going to end up in a hospital from going insane with all these physical symptoms and panic attacks and I'd be leaving my newborn baby and two other son's. I was scared. Your videos gave me the confidence to JUST FACE IT head on and realize that it's extremely uncomfortable, but my body will carry me through it.

I feel like I'm doing two step forwards and one step backwards. This means I'm still advancing, but that single step backwards, when it happens, makes me doubt I'm recovering at all. Exactly as you said.

I was suffering with gad from 2012 to 2017 as i remember. Then slowly quit medication totally and be all ok normal to one month ago, then anxiety slowly came back to me. This summer i was change job as truck driver (much stress). Quit that job and anxiety is come back but no in that hard way as it is before in 2012 (maybe reason for that is i recognize it is anxiety). I now geting better for very short amount of time. We uncouncuosly doing this to us, just don't stress over the anxiety and slowly it's fade away and not notice that anxiety is no more there.

Although, people need to realise, having 'Anxiety/Fear' responses happening in life is normal. The human body to programmed to respond to what it perceives as fear. It is how you yourself then respond to the physical symptoms etc, that will either help u get better or not.
No one on earth has Zero Anxiety.

My current intrusive thought is that m going to die. That's the only thing keep gong in my mind. I don't get involve with it but it stays and it kind of irritated me.. I know I have to just let it be but its very difficult to have this constant thought and even small thing gets exaggerated and thinking worst case scenario. But m still facing it and going on with life.. I don't know if m going in right direction or this is how it's supposed to be. But whatever it is m have full faith in Shaan words and people here who are sharing their experiences. That it will pass out and we will live again without anxiety.

Yea I was out yesterday and I had really bad derealization again for the first time in days like I had other symptoms that bother me but the derealization hit and everything looked like a nightmare. The vertigo randomly came out of nowhere and started giving me panic cause I didn’t know what it was which triggered me really bad again. But today is depersonalization just kinda like feeling not myself and weird when I walk

I have what I as a retired psych nurse calls malignant anxiety. It's constant and I have been on meds for years. Now I worry everyday the docs or pharmacy won't care as it's happened alot since covid. So I fear to plan anything cuz I may not get meds or treatment. I shake constantly even my grandkids notice.
