I was in the Lawrence County jail with The Black Hand, He gave me a candy bar being a nice guy and cleaning up the pod he was in "he was in a single cell that was locked 23 hours a day and when he got his hour out in the day area of the pod everyone else had to be locked up". He is actually a very nice guy if your not on his bad side. They had to transfer him because he had a hit list of a few people he was gonna off if he got the chance and If I rememebr correctly its because they disrespected him. But if you seen the rat hole county jail that was holding him you would laugh! Look it up Lawrence county Jail its in Moulton Alabama. Crazy I saw this and knew right off who it was about. I was thinking the same thing but I suppose he was more of a 'contractor' for the cartel, not really a 'member/employee' so to speak. Since he was effective he kept getting jobs, but if he got caught the cartel could claim plausible deniability and avoid heat from law enforcement by being targeted for investigation into local operations (obv LE cant do anything if they're in Mexico)

US police in general are very bad at catching murderers, the US have a nation wide closure rate for this type of crome of only 52.3%, Germany has a closure rate of 91,2 % down from the best it was in this decade with 95,1 % and even better 99,8 in the 90s.
Just remember, the worst serial killers and hitmen havent been caught. There are probably some people walking among us with 1000s of kills in silence which is crazy to think about.

@@wes4736 I think you took the point wrong, I believe he meant to convey that most of these “hit men” are not highly trained killers. They are usually just unfortunate people that are a product of their environment and/or choices who take this job out of desperation.
I was thinking the same thing but I suppose he was more of a 'contractor' for the cartel, not really a 'member/employee' so to speak. Since he was effective he kept getting jobs, but if he got caught the cartel could claim plausible deniability and avoid heat from law enforcement by being targeted for investigation into local operations (obv LE cant do anything if they're in Mexico)

As someone born and raised in Fresno and having worked in Tulare extensively I can say it doesn’t surprise me that we generate such prominent criminal talent.

US police in general are very bad at catching murderers, the US have a nation wide closure rate for this type of crome of only 52.3%, Germany has a closure rate of 91,2 % down from the best it was in this decade with 95,1 % and even better 99,8 in the 90s.
