Absolutely love this talk, well done!! I remember getting diagnosed in Ireland 20 odd years ago, the doctor told me to give up work as I was to become bedridden with no hope for a positive future. Hiding/passing myself off as an able bodied person became my norm even when I moved overseas. I’m in awe of the sessions from fibro Ireland, to see the change in attitude & support available.

One solution I’ve found effective for fibromyalgia and a ton of other conditions is Bemer vascular therapy. I’ve been distributing medical devices for 15 years and this is the first I’ve seen that helps at the root level, the blood flow and toxin elimination.
Eating right can help eliminate toxic buildup, however. If you don’t want to stop eating the foods you love, increasing blood flow and lymphatic draining by 30% will do the same.
PEMF technology is incredible, it’s Star Trek healing L😆L
      Albert Einstein said
"Future Medicine will be the Medicine of Frequencies"
This quote is ringing through loudly now with Radiation therapy, X-ray machines, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) PET and CT scans, and ultrasound have all become commonplace and all fundamentally harness the power of different types of waves and their specific frequencies that occur in nature.
Bemer has been studied extensively and found to increase the ATP of the cells by 20%, creating energy at the source of the cells mitochondria itself, no need for coffee, drugs, or anything else.
No need to suffer any longer, if anyone wants help getting a hold of a bemer to try, I’m happy to help. 513-828-2277

I definitely agree I been thinking Anyone that think we are wekk people are definitely wrong it take a very Strong person to walk in our shoes I suffer Fibromyalgia for 25 years.at the age of 21 I was Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia shortly after a car accident that left me with other injuries. At same year my Mother die At that time. I was Married and had a 1 year old Daughter. Then I was soon diagnosed with Severe Depression and living with an abusive husband. 13 years later I became Single Mother raised a 4year old and 11 year old whit a lot of challenges and the story goes on the most ugly part have been the criticism from other people now I realized I waited a lot of Energy trying to convince others to believe me I recommend others no to do so. They will never understand. Be Compassionate with your self look for natural alternatives, don't give out on life find things to do that make your life mininfull. Be proud of yourself all.

When I began writing this I had yet to listen but clicked on it because I'm a fibro and I feel superhuman yet so fragile it's sometimes hard to will to live...
It's not going to kill you, they say, but it can rob a person the will to live, believe me. Passing for able bodied, heh, yeah, and then when I can't manage to, because I'm a man, mental health and mood is blamed, when I just CAN'T sometimes I just CANNOT. My own family said we think you are stronger than you think you are. What? Actually I'm weaker than you KNOW and I fight harder than ANY normal person does by an exponential amount!!! Thereby, by my rational, I am stronger than you realize or give me credit for, which is really hard to stomach coming from those who 'love' you and claim to know you best.
I'm glad your family was with you on this. I'm alone.
Ranting, half way through the talk now, EMOTIONAL. Nodoby supported me but my Rhuemy, thank god for him. He taught me I'm not regular, and it took me about five years to believe that I have what he said I do, and finally, now I also have positive blood tests for MCTD. Finally, vindicated. I'm not moody, lazy, or crazy for forgetting who you are, or that those are my shoes, or that I said I would xyz and then forgot I said it. I'm not stupid, and I'm not sabatouging myself from succeeding.
I hurt so much that between the verge of tears and the verge of rage is where I live. I'm joyful to know why, and I'm joyful to find people like Órla Gilheany, to be able to learn to articulate what I've been feeling for 48 years. Is it fun, no. Do I wish I was normal, sometimes.
My God, Órla thankyou for articulating this, it is a gentle and bright respite from nearly half a century of suffering, with less moments of relief than I can recall in contrast to the neverending seeming toil that living with fibromyalgia and other conditions as well, can be. It's nice to see that it can also be different than a lifetime of anguish. Amen, gracious to have heard your voice tonight. Best blessing to you, you are an Angel.

I am 74 years old and have been working the whole 30 years since my diagnosis. While is more than difficult to get out of bed, to even turn over sometimes, once I get moving and walking blocks at noon, etc, I start to feel better. I have occipital neuralgia, and pain in all of the trigger points. I too am exhausted at the end of the day, I still am grateful to have a meaningful life.

The only treatment that has worked for me is medical cannabis. Not a cure.. but I don’t want to end my life anymore due to the pain. I’m still in a lot of pain but Im able to do some things I couldn’t before. So there’s that. If you are dealing with this stay strong 💗

The cause for me was the microwave oven. This may sound unbelievable: the internet states that the use is harmless or that the danger is cancer or a reduction in vitamins.
The first consequences were: pain in the neck, fatigue, sore throat, depression, .....
After 3 months without a microwave oven these symptoms disappeared.
Consequences are greater the closer the microwave oven is to you: if the oven is right next to your dining table, for example.
If you bring this to your members' attention, those who wish can give it a try and let you know about their experiences. Everyone can now participate in the study!
People will not think much of CFS. Organs are not damaged. It looks more like an internal strangulation.
I don't know if that can be found. The muscles tense under the influence of microwaves (microwave), Hence the pain and the intestines are too tense, which makes digestion poor and too few vitamins are absorbed. In the throat one has pain due to the tensioning of the muscles there. Be careful not to cure other diseases with fatigue for CFS.
