Remember: the only reason he's prying that screen up with metal is because the screen is absolutely thrashed, therefore won't be reused. Be careful and _do not_ use metal tools if you're planning to repair something else and not breaking it.

At current rates $100 is around £92. I have done this repair multiple times for less than £30/$32 while still making profit. You're clearly overcharging your customers

i often use a little metal tool to pry it up and then use a plastic spudger works great
