In this video, I will show you how easy it is to make healthy protein oatmeal cookies without flour, sugar and eggs.
Freshly made, these cookies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and if you put them in a bag, they become soft like a bun :)

Ingredients:
Oatmeal 60 g.
Flax seeds 30 g.
Whey protein 30 g (I have sweet with vanilla flavor)
Sweetener 2-4g (5 times sweeter than sugar)
Salt (a pinch)
Vanilla or vanillin, ginger, cinnamon (to taste)
Baking powder 5 g.
Water 100 ml.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
