I have to say this is one of the best remix songs I've ever heard. I'm glad I was able to actually see it being made. The part where he played the notes himself sounded sloppy, but it was damn good for using something small and sensitive like that. I'd never be able to do that. To me, this sounds it could be more fit for Megaman or something. Dunno, just my opinion.
Damn... just damn.... I've never even played the game and I absolutely love this. I wonder how much better it would sound if I listened to the original after this?
With all the fortunate afterlife this game's theme song has enjoyed, it might be a good idea for some fangamer to remake the games so they're actually good, and use this music. Could be interesting.
And you'd HAVE to be a true gamer to play the game this song was from before hearing any of the remakes. Action 52 and Cheetahmen 2 were among the worst NES games.
15 years later and still a banger.
wow yea this one is a mega banger
15 years of perfection
I've been looking for this music for almost a decade and finally encountered it again....

This was 4 YEARS before the AVGN episode!!!
wait what?
@@djstatyk1540 I KNEW THAT
this is sick. amazing job. makes me wonder what the Cheetahmen theme would sound like programmed on a 303 with lots of squelching.
Impressed
I still love this!
Great tone. Every time I see a vid for the EMX-1 I lean more and more towards getting one.
This is amazing....
Gives me a whole new appreciation for the art of DJ-ing: )
Awesome remix of the only somewhat-redeeming part of the Cheetahmen game series.

Cheetahmen has gone MATRIX
The beginning of this song = PERFECT "select a character" theme
The rest of this song = Pure XTC
Great machine, nice skills ;D
1:38 awesome!
this is a bop
great programming!
ROCKS!
So sick.
sound on the begining so good

looks a bit complicated but it sounds AWESOME! :D
チーターマンが鉄拳を超えた!
Nice remix :o
Genius :) :) :)
Now that you mention it, it reminds me of The Beep, Remy's theme from Street Fighter III: Third Strike.
@KuR0s3N it was an low-budget interactive music video for a 8-bit song
@KuR0s3N Indeed. It was only a vessel, to carry on one of the most memorable pieces of 8-bit music.
I want an mp3 of this! xD
I want one, Daddy!
Fucking legit.
Add some acid like Hydrochloric acid, Chemistry styled remix!
@machriderx: Which is probably what the actual game was TRYING to be but came up short.
what a rocking tune! stylish execution and hard as tits
this is bad ass. But it reminds me of early Final Fantasy lol.
In Megaman: --> CheetahMan's Stage.
Armake21 has his own game?! Please tell me more about that!
I thought the setup was familiar.
Yeah, The game sounds interrupted the music. Like when you attacked it would stop the music momentarily.
