LIRR 407 Pulls Into Mattituck Station

It's been a while since I've railfanned the Greenport Branch. I was coming back from Mattituck's annual strawberry festival held every Father's Day, and I was about to head into town for some dinner. Naturally, I checked traintime to see if there were any nearby trains, and as luck would have it, there was a local back to Ronkonkoma about to arrive in 2 minutes. I was at the right place at the right time as the two car set pulled into a very packed Mattituck Station with 407 on the rear.

I just came here from your video on E8's. Ewwwww, the stark difference in loco design couldn't be more different ! All modern locos in every country of the world look like they were designed by a committee of hummus eating hipsters ! The locos are all bland and lacking in character.
