Personally, have never had any such issues with either SD or JM Bullion. Bit on late side now but if sent by USPS, UPS or FEDEX shipping label has pretty near true package weight and in this case huge weight difference, just a fyi

I store my 1/10's and 1/4's in tubes with the capsules. They each hold 20 coins. Nothing better than having a few of those filled up 😀 Thanks SH!
Hi TB! JMB seems to have changed from a few years ago. I have found I like Monument Metals more and more. I like the tubes and can see capsules in tubes too. But so far so good on raw coins in tubes for me.
JW bullion was my choice but they seem way to high....I checked them against Hero bullion and Hero was far cheeper...Hero in located in Dallas like JM and offers the same service but much cheaper...hmm
I use JM cause I can get my gold the next day or two days at the most. I dont have a LCS near me. I know they are high on fractionals but fall in line the larger the coin you buy so I get the half or the whole CLM... As always good board work... That's why you are "The Chairman of the Board" !!!!!

Thanks QuickSilver for watching and commenting. Keep an eye on SGB. Someone commented they got a great deal on an RCM 10 oz bar there. So hopefully they can be themselves for a little longer before any BIG corporate changes occur.
I buy from SD Bullion and Monument mostly. Hero Bullion sometimes has a good deal. If i see a great price on what I'm looking for, I'll buy from any of the big-time dealers.
Yep, that happens, sucks when it does, oh well, keep stacking. I don't buy coins nor fractional unless it is an at spot sale as usually buy 1oz bars of AU and buy AG in several bar sizes. I shop and price compare multiple on-line dealers; JM, SD, Monument, PIMBEX, Bold, Hero, Bullion Exch, and one or the other will have a better deal at a given time. I watch APMEX as they do have wider selection, but always higher price so haven't bought anything from them yet.
@@SilverHeist Yeah, APMEX is usually higher, but they are doing an App only sale on 1oz silver bars cheaper than anyone else that I jumped at, got 10 for now. Shop around you never know who will surprise you. Thanks for your channel, keep up the good work.

My first favorite has the 1/10 ounce 2022 American Gold Eagle BU for 217.66 that's the total shipped as of two minutes ago and my second SD Bullion same coin 250.00 with shipping 12.95 and taxes 14.63 shipped total $277.58. I have not been buying from SD lately.
Thanks for the heads-up on Monument Metals. I just bought a tube of silver buffalo rounds and saved a little over two bucks per round. They aren't from a mint I've seen on JM Bullion, but two bucks is two bucks.
Purchased some 10 ounce Germina silver bars from Hero. They were over $10 cheaper per bar then JM Bullion. Following week silver went up but JM price jumped over $20 a bar more then Hero.
With the internet being available now. Not shopping around is the foolish thing to do. BGASC Has some good deals too. I usually check about eight online dealers for the same item.
I buy fractional’s, all three sizes, Eagles or Britannia’s. The two I like the most are Monument Metals and Hero Bullion. One beats the other in price depending on which coin I’m buying, Eagles or Britannia’s. I also find that sometimes Silver Gold Bull beats both. Just depends on who has a sale on what coin. I stopped buying from JM Bullion once their prices started to rival APMEX prices. Their premiums are out there, ridiculously high. I’ve bought a couple one off coins as well but price and premium has to be right to do it. Nice video.
I think fractional will prevail in the long run. So the premium paid now for fractional will be insignificant as the gold spot continues to rise. Plus, I truly feel LCS will not be willing to buy 1oz anything in gold when the spot rises to $4-5k but may be more interested in fractional...ie $1k for a quarter ounce.
My local dealer, the only one round my way, is paying £1400 for a gold 1oz Brit. A London dealer is paying £1465. Even with getting on the train I can still make £40 more at todays (11/5/22) price. It's silly.

I say that to say this, why am I not taking that money from my monthly payment and putting it aside for my next purchase. Wow, I know to do this!
Damn bro, you really jumped the gun on May. I do my best to catch the dip which isn't easy when your goal is to make a purchase each month. And it must be in that month. I found a local LCS that is normally around $60 less than what I would pay online. From the comparisons I've done when I buy from them they seem to only charge $25 over spot.
It seems to me that the big guys charge the most for fractional and one can even find a much better deal on a few reputable dealers on EBAY. Charge it get the points pay it off and save a few dollars.
Thanks for the video!! I just bought a 1/10 Eagle from Monument. By far a better price! I usually get my metal from Provident metals out of Dallas or Apmex. I will definitely keep Monument in my sights!!
not telling where I buy... never gold from typical online dealers... I am in a dirty State (I noticed that you didn't mention tax). $229 is a good price. dealers have jacked up premium with spot dropping. I could get a gold Krugerrand for $225, but that's not an eagle.
If you go away from one of the Majors such as JM Bullion or APMEX; Pls make sure you buy a gold testing kit (scratch/acid) to make sure you're NOT being scammed with fake gold. Worrying about dinged gold bullion then you're looking more at the numismatist value rather than the bullion value.
I've bought gold twice in the past week and the second time was cheaper than the first. If I could afford another round it would be cheaper yet. Who would have ever guessed such a monkey hammer in precious metals. Monument has been the one lately
Go look at Jm bullion spot price then Look at actual spot price they don't match! it takes almost 2 days for jm bullion to match the actual spot price of silver. I emailed them asking why there spot price dosent match the actual spot and they just ignored me .
I have been using SGB for the least expensive stuff and them, Monument or Bold for everything else. After the last video and SGB being out of stock on the cheap stuff I was wondering if it would never come back. I expect their prices to be going up like the others did.
JM is shady. They keep the money for a week, then cancel the order that is paid for. Then they take a week or more to initiate a refund. Scammers. And they aren't the best price out there most of the time.
Not sure of circumstances here but most companies will hold a paper check or electronic check for a week before shipping product. The canceling is another matter which I can’t explain.
One question I have is did you have any issues buying from JM Bullion? I just ordered 5, 1 ounce bars of gold and I'm less than impressed at their service. People really need to read the fine print. For one, they typically ship by USPS registered/restricted mail. That's all well and good and they should, but you would think they would use more reputable vendors like FedEx or UPS and not the post office. The tracking is kind of vague. JM Bullion states that if you do not file a claim within two days of when the tracking shows delivered, than their insurance will not cover any claims. i.e. you're screwed. So, if you're not home to accept delivery (and the tracking is so vague that it's hard to know when you should be home) and your package ends up going to the post office, and you delay getting it, you could be out money if there is an issue. I did not get an actual receipt from JM Bullion that shows what I ordered, just that the order shipped. When I went to their site and try to log on to my account it did not recognize my password (which I saved, and used autofill) to log on. When I requested a new password be sent to my email the site just timed out. So, not a lot of really warm fuzzy feelings dealing with this company. Right now I'm still waiting on my 5 ounces of gold, nearly $9300 worth. I normally just buy locally, but the company was closed for vacation and I was anxious to buy. I figured I'd have it within a couple of days, but it's been a week and a half already, and no show. I'm getting concerned. I"m starting to check reviews, and they are not good. Sounds like they are a real legitimate company, but there's more than just best prices out there. I don't want to have to lose sleep wondering where the heck my shipment is. I hope all is okay. All I can say to people is I think you're better off going down to your local company and dealing locally even if it means you're not getting the absolute best price. And unlike buying stocks or bonds, gold vendors get you coming and going.
Once there’s a problem, I’d call the 1-800 # and skip the passwords. Some other companies have a signature required on shipments for over $500 or by maybe it’s $1000. Although since 2020, USPS and UPS might have dropped those on porch without knocking. But they have mostly gone back to normal. JM Bullion is 100% legit even if they are not my go to dealer . I wish you the best.
Well good to know they are legit. I hope all turn out okay, but I won't deal with them again even if this turns out perfect. Too much stress, and customer service is really lacking.
I could actually get a 1/10oz AGE free every month with AMEX rewards points I accumulate each month, but I prefer to maximize my points on the lowest premium AGEs.
@@SilverHeist I typically get enough AMEX rewards points each month that equals around $450. So, I might be able to get 2 - 1/10oz AGEs free each month if I shop around.
My question is how do you know the real? Not everybody can afford those machines, so how do you know when you’re buying for me the JM Bullion or your old coin dealer that they’re not fake coins

Nice! I will have to look at Bold too. Monument fits the bill most times for me.
Any opinions on Birch Gold group ? Haven’t bought any gold yet but am planning to.
I am not familiar with Birch Gold. I recently bought from Monument Metals and APMEX.
I have an affiliate link for APMEX here:

Thanks for watching and happy Stacking!
Good Work Heist!
Bold currently has the 1/10 AGE for $215
~AGM
That’s a good price!
JM’s premiums have gone through the roof lately. I’m thinking about a big investment in PSLV to buy low. I’ll take the profits to buy physical.
Problem with fractional AGEs, my LCS hardly ever has them!
Next time you buy, let me know so I know to wait a couple days for a lower price. 😁
Deal! 😂
I don't put my gold in those tubes. I put the coins in capsules and put the capsules in those red capped tubes.
I got you. I see others using your system.
My LCS is pretty high so I usually like online, but only ever bought from JMB once because they’re so high.
It pays to look at a few sites then buy.
I found a local LCS that is normally around $60 less than what I would pay online. From the comparisons I've done when I buy from them they seem to only charge $25 over spot.
Sounds good! It pays to shop around.
Monument Metals is my go to online dealer hands down. They offer good selection of items and
I agree! I buy from Monument Metals most of the time, and a few others as a backup.
I haven't bought anything from JM since I last bought Silver at spot price a few years ago
When there were “silver at spot” deals a few years ago at different dealers, I should have gotten more !
It seems to me that the big guys charge the most for fractional and one can even find a much better deal on a few reputable dealers on EBAY.
Charge it get the points pay it off and save a few dollars.
I haven’t done much ebay but some swear by the CC points.
@@SilverHeist you should at least take a look.
Nothing to lose just looking 👌
JMB used to have great prices but lately they’re on par with APMEX.
Agreed.
I have purchased most of my online metals from BGASC and SD Bullion.
Bought an ounce of Gold today on the dip.
I need to check out Monument!
Monument is the cheapest prime dealer I have checked. Real spot prices, not worked like many of the others. Only problem is they lack the inventory.
It’s worth looking around a few places you trust to find the coins you like.
Thanks for the video!! I just bought a 1/10 Eagle from Monument. By far a better price! I usually get my metal from Provident metals out of Dallas or Apmex. I will definitely keep Monument in my sights!!
Congrats George. I have found Monument Metals to be a good dealer. The other ones too, but I do want to look around for a better price when I see one.
@@SilverHeist JM, Apmex and Provident have these at 285ish. The price from Monument was really low! Thanks again.
@@georgeshumate8174 great! Happy to help.
not telling where I buy... never gold from typical online dealers... I am in a dirty State (I noticed that you didn't mention tax).
$229 is a good price.
dealers have jacked up premium with spot dropping.
I could get a gold Krugerrand for $225, but that's not an eagle.
I got over the tax threshold for the overall purchase. But I do need to find a good source for a single coin purchase in future
@@SilverHeist LCS...
Hate to say, but SD I guess does have the best price on random (not eagle) tenth ounce.
You do need to trust your dealer. I’ve found the “second tier” dealers as 100% legitimate, but you are right to be cautious.
Sheesh, the price is dropping. I just got my 1/10 oz gold eagle today at a respectable price 🙌.
Congrats Kenneth 👏👏
I use USA gold as my go to for a quick spot price check as well.
I usually use Kitco for a chart, but USA Gold has a good way to look at a table of numbers to see how today compares to recent past.
Give Liberty Coin in Signall Hill, CA a try. Very good online prices. Happens to be my LCS.
Thanks for the tip !
JM has the pricing power we’ll see if they change their business model to bring better deals to the consumer
Time will tell! I will consider them on a case by case basis.
Thank you for the dip! 🤑🥇
Your welcome! 😅
Liberty coin on ebay price for a 2022 American Gold Eagle 1/10 oz $5 - BU is 222.10 shipped. beat that !!!!
BAM! You may be the winner. 👊
@@SilverHeist Liberty has been a great seller for me Heist.
Keep that gold flowing into the stack buddy!
It’s flowing and growing!
Patience is key. I’m still waiting on the dip I want.
That certainly is a good strategy.
Not really buying at all premiums on everything is too high. Only buying great deals when they find me 😎
Makes sense. Premiums are not normal right now.
I've bought gold twice in the past week and the second time was cheaper than the first. If I could afford another round it would be cheaper yet. Who would have ever guessed such a monkey hammer in precious metals. Monument has been the one lately
You’re on a roll ! 👊
Dang that is really disappointment to see from JM! Their military discount though is pretty legit on some items!
When it comes to Libertads, JMB might have the right coin at the right time.
Go look at Jm bullion spot price then Look at actual spot price they don't match! it takes almost 2 days for jm bullion to match the actual spot price of silver. I emailed them asking why there spot price dosent match the actual spot and they just ignored me .
The spot prices at the dealers is a bit of a mystery. Not the same as Kitco which I usually consider “the spot price”.
I have been using SGB for the least expensive stuff and them, Monument or Bold for everything else. After the last video and SGB being out of stock on the cheap stuff I was wondering if it would never come back. I expect their prices to be going up like the others did.
Someone pointed out a good SGB price on RCM silver bars, so worth keeping them in mix. But ultimately, you find your deals - as always.
Very nice 👌🏻 veeeerrry nice indeed 👌🏻👌🏻
Thanks for watching! Very nice indeed when folks watch my videos. Much appreciated 👍
JMB has gone full apmex on pricing lately, hope their orders are suffering and they get back to decent pricing.
“Never go full APMEX “ 🤣
I need to find a good LCS to get some good deals. Most of my deals are online.
I would like a local connection too!
What size tube was that? The 1/10 tubes are 50 coin tubes
It’s a British 1/10 gold Britannia tube. Same diameter as 1/10 gold eagles. I think it either holds 20 or 25 coins but I’m at 16 now.
Thank you I'm at 20 now. Going to order one will let you know lol
@@danhedeen82 👍
compare with SDBullion not Jm--just checked: 2022 1oz eagle--JM=$1975.38 vs SD=$1966.68
Maybe next time.
Mine is the same as yours. I noticed that big price difference in gold price began within the last year. Wonder why?
The parent company is good for inventory for JMB, but not so good on the prices.
I bet you love your gold price now! $2,400+
Gotta love the new gold price!
Can anyone tell me where i can purchase gold in person in what locations ?
There are local coin stores in US. Depends on your city / town.
What a big difference. Good video
Eye opening if you’ve never checked it out. Thanks for watching
Bought a quarter Oz gold 2022 eagle on my birthday May 2 from monument for 529
Happy Birthday Ronald ! 🎂
I could actually get a 1/10oz AGE free every month with AMEX rewards points I accumulate each month, but I prefer to maximize my points on the lowest premium AGEs.
That’s a nice benefit. Good to really make it pay-off best.
@@SilverHeist I typically get enough AMEX rewards points each month that equals around $450. So, I might be able to get 2 - 1/10oz AGEs free each month if I shop around.
I should also pick up one of those tubes. I’ve been getting more 1/10 AGEs.
The tube is a great organizer AND a great motivator.
I've bought all my gold from Monument Metals
That’s awesome. Monument Metals has some good deals in my book.
Monument metals is freakin fantastic
Agreed! Thanks for watching
Cant wait to heist that Tube !!!
Let’s do this!
My question is how do you know the real? Not everybody can afford those machines, so how do you know when you’re buying for me the JM Bullion or your old coin dealer that they’re not fake coins
If you are dealing with JM Bullion, APMEX, or Monument Metals they are real coins.
Ya did good brother!
Thanks B Dub !
Monument Metals consistently has the best prices in my opinion
I like Monument Metals and buy from them often.
Just goes to show that you have to shop around.
Very TRUE! 🇺🇸🇬🇧
What are the best go to vendors
USA only ….
Monument Metals - stacking
APMEX - stacking and collecting
and others.
JM has sucked lately, havent they! MM, SGB, HB and SD (in that order) are my go to. Good stuff 👍👍🇺🇸🪙🦍
That’s a good list. The word is getting out there on the dealers with a deals!
Good day my name is Shiloh I am looking for a gold supplier I have a couple of buyers but finding it hard to find a genuine gold supplier at a competitive price please can you assist
My LCS doesn't carry gold.
I haven’t bought gold at the LCS I have gone to - but I used to buy silver bullion and junk silver there before, so I should check out their gold. But I really like online dealers.
I don't care about the money I'm about is it safe
I would trust both JM Bullion or Monument Metals to send me the metals order after I paid them.
It's a yellow top I think it's 25, but I guess we shall see
Hard to tell until I hit the top” how many it will take! So even though I got excited about 20, I’m thinking it could be 25.
Aydin coins seems to have fair prices
Lots of choices out there! Thanks for the tip.
I can always beat the Big on line dealers
Pays to shop around to find a seller you like and at a good price.
Is that a ruster on coin?
I’m not sure. I think I have a copper spot on the Reed of one or two gold coins.
