Well presented for an English speaking audience. The target audience ( Algerian high school students and university students) are not fluent in English so the speaker should present its PowerPoint presentation slowly and explaining sometimes some difficult point in Algerian language. I am sure the speaker do not know how to speak her native language or just she has a very limited knowledge of her parent language.
