Currently, I package my bath bombs in white 3x3x3 boxes (amzn.to/3KOsSFR) with one piece of tissue paper to keep the bath bomb from rolling around. I then have a self-designed 4x2" label for the bath bomb info and use. I use labels from onlinelabels.com and use their software to design the labels. I hope that helps! :) -Tanya
Hi. Do you use regular mica (like used in CP soap) on top? If so any problems with it staining tub? Also, what weight of card stock do you use for your labels? THANKS SO MUCH.
Hi! My apologies for the suuuuper late reply... I do use regular mica. As long as you stay away from blues and purples, I have never had any issues with staining. Also, you're using such a small amount of mica, it doesn't really make a huge difference in a large tub. I don't use cardstock for my labels. Hi, is it OK to wrap the bombs that are painted with the mica in heat shrink bags ? I'm thinking of using mica to paint them but not sure if the bags mess the design up once shrunk on to the bomb , also is it best to paint when the bombs are dry or straight away after coming from the mold? Thank you
Hi, I'm so very sorry for the late reply... I've been MIA from TH-cam for a bit. It's best to allow the bath bombs to dry overnight prior to shrink wrapping them. This drastically reduces the amount of mica transfer to the shrink wrap. I've also switched from the tube shrink wrap to this: amzn.to/3vND7Gg shrink wrap. It's sooooo much easier to use. Hope that helps! :) -Tanya
Great Video, please advise how you label your bath bombs once shrink wrapped - many thanks

The mica splatter didn’t come out as thick as yours. Do I need to make sure the consistency is pretty thick?
Play around with the consistency. Start with a small amount of alcohol to mica and slowly add more alcohol if needed. Test, test, test!! Best of luck!
Loved your video! I'm trying to figure out the best size tubing to order for 2.75" bath bombs, what size are your Daisy Bath Bombs?
she mentions using 3" tubing from Uline... hope that helps!

Great video!! I can't find that shrink tubing anywhere!
Thank you! I picked the 3” tubing up on Uline.

@@CanardLabsSoap Great video what ml did you choose?
what is that orange tool you use after putting plastic around your bath bombs?
That’s my heat gun. You can grab one on Amazon or Uline. :)
The only problem I had was my mica paint did not dry after 24 hours. Do you have an idea of what I may have done wrong?
I'd make sure that you're using 91% isopropyl alcohol. I've never had an issue with it even in my extremely humid environment. Best of luck!
