Please tell me what brand of office chair you have and how you can look so comfortable sitting for HOURSSSS studying 😭 Do the energy drinks keep you up? Do you even get up to pee? Does you back hurt? my chair is a Steelcase Leap V2! it's absolutely fantastic and such an upgrade from my previous ikea chair 😭 I got this one used though, so I'm sure a new one would be even better in terms of ergonomics. Still, back pains are mostly gone, so I consider it a win lol
Also, energy drinks are mainly a placebo. It really doesn't do anything in terms of keeping me up - I could literally go to sleep AS i drink it, BUT they taste good + my brain is now conditioned to staying "foggy" until I have some caffeine in my body 🥲

@@e_velogthank you for replying!! ♥️ what I see loads of people doing is once you start the Timelapse of studying you put the date and the time at the start of the Timelapse and then the time at the end of the Timelapse before you starting talking again!! Hope this helps but there’s so so many different ways 🤍🤍

Hi - after seeing a lot of your sweet videos I studied very hard to get the 1st place on my class- but unfortunately I got the 4th - I have very working hard classmates and it’s very very very hard to get the 1st . Now I’m really sad that I knowing I can’t get the 1st and don’t know what should I do. They are monsters and very smart and I just studied as much as I can but that’s not enough. I really want to cry .
Bro stop putting yourself down by saying that you didnt do enough. You did so good by getting the 4th that means you worked so hard. Plus see the number of people who got less than you and know that you went that far. You need to know that you worked and you got there and not “it didnt pay off” no it did cuz it isnt easy at all to be the 4th
Guve yoursef credit and you need to celebrate. You have to. Then try better/harder next time and know that maintaining your level is great and going above is even better
4th is still amazing!! i'm not sure what system you're in, so it's hard for me to give you any advice since idk what's the impact of being 4th vs 1st. I understand the disappointment though because i'm a chronic underperformer in exams and for the longest time, i even started believing "what's the point in trying if i'll get a bad result anyway". The thing is, all you can do is show up everyday and do your best. Instead of focusing on beating your classmates, you should focus on improving yourself and trying to beat your previous performance.
Also, I have found that I tend to do worse when I put pressure on myself to reach a certain score. Maybe this could unconsciously be the case for you too, so I would try to forget about the external pressure when you receive the exam and enter a mental state of "I know the material and I will write down everything I can to the best of my ability". Last semester, I was able to get my first A in a while by managing to enter this state of mind rather than think about what grade I need to get on the exam to reach my desired course grade. It's a bit of a dumb advice, but I hope it can help you a bit :)
