Some mmo RPG with distinct individual character storyline must have a set gender such as old Korean RPG called Talesweaver. I dont know if Lost Ark has individual character storyline but gender lock has just become a thing with many Korean RPG's. Im not a huge fan of gender lock but it's actually not bad cuz both gender designs are nice.
Good luck with getting a decent name without having to go xxnamexx or something similar, how hard would it have been to let characters have a second name....but yeah I like the character customization options
Names where disappearing like crazy on launch. I feel sorry for those who has issues with unpacking on steam or server queues. BDO has best solution for nicknames in my opinion. Family name is nice thing

It lacks more hairstyles, extras (tatto, make up, beards etc.) We are unable to change our body, at least give us ability to reskin body hair or scars etc. On top of that... gender locked classes. Wanted to play as male soulfist... so, yeah. I would love to see other races avaible to players.

can someone help me. so i picked gunner with that cool outfit thats similar to the one where the choose the class. so as soon as i jumped to the prologue, suddenly i am given this other outfit and a pirate hat of some sort. my hairsryle is the same but what happaned to my cool clothes i picked? how do i wear them again?
@@jeairgutierrez6324 im sorry to hear about that :( hopefully you are able to get a refund from steam or amazon wherever you made the purchase! thats the thing with mmorpg games as you progress through the game you are going to get a lot of gear drops so one outfit doesnt really matter since you will acquire something better later on!
It's a shame the end game is full and hard pay2win, unless you play 24/7 to farm resourses to try and compete with people who pay with real money for it. Anyone who intends to play this game seriously should be aware of this.

The game looks cool but will they remove the gender lock classes?
They will not remove gender locked classes. They will unlock the genders on the classes. The classes are not being removed.

It's a thing sadly. Npc, dialogues, cutscenes were altered. The outfits are the same as other regions besides ones in character creation

Yes you can, then to defeat certain end game bosses and do certain dungeons you need a group. But you can go in with randoms.

You can use stronghold knowledge transfer. It will train character to lvl 50 in 8h.
Or use boost for 1,100 crystals to skip
There's the powerpass which you will be granted after having completed the story on your first character. It'll just boost your char to level 50.

you will get them later on when acquiring enhanced gear, as you play through the game your characters gear will change as you progress.

both times i purchased the reskin ticket and both times it didnt make any changes.
