when playing on 2fort you can also use deadringer and disguise as one of your teams snipers . i guarante you that the wil get annoyed very quickly and change class or leave the server

Some taunts (Scout's Square Dance intro, Balloonabouncer, Demo's Yeti Punch, Scooty Scoot) can actually change the location of the head hitbox completely. So bad that it is required to shoot the belly for a headshot.
Wow, what a great technique that allows you to entirely avoid headshots at the small cost of becoming entirely useless and vulnerable to anything but headshots. Very useful.
Fists of steel actually anti-headshot meta for heavy, since they both reduce damage and cover your head more than normal fists. Peacemaker even made a video on it.
The Bunnyhopper taunt is another excellent way to fuck with Snipers. I recommend trying it sometime; just bounce around in an inconsistently snaking path, randomly back up sometimes, do tricks at the peak of a jump to fuck up the timing, and watch the snipers whiff.
Just remember... If you're on your way to steal the enemy briefcase, stare to the sky. If you're on the run, trying to bring it back to your base, stare directly under you. Ez game.

what's funny is this actually has some practical use to run past sniper lines as soldier
You can also try shooting the snipers, as that shakes their aim up and makes them miss. The best one to do this is with pyro or heavy(at close range).
