This was great, thanks, been searching for "what can help fatigue" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Qiyia Ziyichael Booster - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got great success with it.
I was under the impression that muscle fatigue isn't just general soreness/muscle exhaustion, but where the muscle has been pushed too far and will take longer than usual to heal and will return back to normal
That would be muscle failure; fatigue (as far as the physics and biomechanics definition) means the muscle can not perform to its maximum but the task can still be done (soreness). Fatigue is good to build muscle, failure is not
I got back in the gym after quite some time around 4/5 months of being inactive and I worked out on chest today. When I was benching pressing my body was literally shaking. My arms and the bar were shaking when I was bringing the weight up and down. Not sure why maybe because I’ve haven’t been as active as I once was....
Muscle is piezo electric.. It takes electrical energy to work them, and oxygen to maintain motochondria function. Also, mitochondrea get damaged overtime and need to be replaced..look into mitochondrial biogenesis for more info.
Aren’t piezoelectric devices ones that release electricity when squished? So they would be the opposite of muscles (that being (with muscles) electricity is the reactant and the product is movement).
I've been feeling this lately. Today was leg day and I had the lower the sets i was doing by 40 pounds. I just woke up from a nap out of nowhere and feel a bit sore. my arms also feel a bit heavy too. I have a week were i don't touch a weight and do only bodyweight and conditioning.
What about blood circulation ? I had tremor in left hand, tired legs almost crumps can't run anymore , and veines and nervesnalways visible on hands and feet
it has been several days since my last intense workout after living the couch life for a couple of years....i cant even do a single push up properly right now lol...during the intense workout a few days ago, i did probably around 100 or maybe more in total with rests in between and some other exercise leaving my whole body sore...i guess my muscle is just that shocked and left in fatique state..so it refuses to contract like he said in the video....i'm still sore from that workout...so i just do light stretching for these past few days cuz i cant muster much strength to lift even my own weight...hopefully this wont take long cuz i might need to prepare for fitness test in the following months....i need to go back to at least half of what i was in the past or i'm screwed.
at 58 years of age..the gym hurts me..too much ache that lasts days..I believe at 58 I should not work out like a 28 year old..ive just been reducing sets to one set only..at lower weights..
because you used alot of force and maybe did it for long. if u havent done it or exercise lately then it is just ur body getting used to it. nothing to worry about =).
At some point,my arm is so weak that i cant do one 5kg rep,,but my right arm can,my left arm is too weak even if i rest for 2 days, what is the cause for this
I been doing instense bicep curls and mine was so sore to the point my arm couldn't extend for best if three days and it recover I don't feel no inflammation or any pain but I can't lift as much as I use to. What happend?
HI SIR i am begging just once read this my mum was soo good she was going to Work everything was okey with her day by day she was getting weak and weak as a son it hurts me alot seeing my mum like that SHE can move her hand but her muscles aren,t working she can,t walk can,t open any kind of bottle even if u open and close SHE CAN,T open it PLEASE SIR HELP ME !
So why if muscle fatigue is caused by those three biological theories, why is it that the body supposedly gets stronger the more you work out? Muscles get bigger by tearing and rebuilding. How can one continue to work out for a longer period if time to gain strength and muscle mass when you get tired?
I wonder if the functioning of the nerves causes heat hense its stops functioning until it cools down? Or it's a mental block to eliminate over training? Muscles are sore after Muscle building especially for beginners
So what can I do to increase fatigue level? I do about 40 push-ups and my arms give out entirely? I want to increase but it’s seems after months of push ups I can’t push any higher. 😢
Fatigue is different than muscle failure, if the task can not be performed you have surpassed the threshold for fatigue and the damage can not be repaired fast enough before your next session for muscle to build. I’m no body builder but I would suggest ending sessions before you give out and giving yourself off days to fully recover
I found a product online called REDWOOD Natural Nitric Oxide Booster. It provides improved circulatory support. I read its product reviews and it sounds like an outstanding product. I want to try it. People are writing about the product and saying it makes them feel very young again.
On a general scale you could say it’s to build muscle, that’s what we tend to want it to do- but on a scientific scale your body sends fatigue signals to protect your muscle and circulatory system etc . from being pushed too far and failing. However there are studies that suggest fatigue is not an optimal evolutionary strategy as in nature the animal to get fatigued first is usually the one to be eaten, so it kinda depends how you want to look at it
Hey question so i was walking around and a muscle in my back of my leg some how got fatigued just for walking for 2 minutes i din't work out are there any diseases that cause muscles to get fatigued easily is it something i need to be worried about and should i consult a doctor
You probably need to see a chiropractor for this, i had the same problem but for my back when carrying things at work and its caused by muscle groups being put under stresses thier not supposed to be under, in simple terms a muscle or groups of muscles arent working correctly so another group of muscles make up for the slack thus cause fatigue
I'm not sure what video to watch, i'm 12, and for about a week now my arms have been feeling so week and it's been very hard to wrote at school and use them, especially my right arm, it hurts and it's getting worse, what should i do
Stop whatever you're doing, muscles need 2 to 3 days of recovery a week if you're overtraining them you'll damage yourself if you havent worked out recently, go to a doctor
@Chanonne M my doctor had ordered one I went today he thinks I might have osteoarthritis in hands because of my symptoms I have had all other test but they was ok x my mum has it in her hands and her dad had osteoarthritis as well so normal passed on x

So basically we don't know
Congratulations, you watched the first 30 seconds of the video too.
The muscle breaks and a newer stronger muscle replaces it. Kinda like calluses

I'm the same after a work out could be low sugger
Food intake can be one solution , rice cakes and banana before workout, about 40 mins before workout
Thank you for the excellent explanation 👍
Another great vid Doc!
Damn, this guy nailed it.

Same me too my left arm gets weak

Why does the body get tired before one can target a muscle enough
Mine ache after I lift everyday stuff or ironing weird xx
I've started working out & I'm type one diabetic I thought I was having a type o
Same, I've been working out for a week, I feel like my muscles is breaking and getting weaker, I was worried.
What is the physiological importance of muscle fatigue?
