Neoplastic polyps are -
1. Adenomatous : APC, KRAS mx
- variants : tubular, villous (max malignant potential), tubulovillous
2. SSA : defect in MMR genes ( MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS1,2 ) resulting in Microsatellite instability and BRAF mx
