Manage them by ensuring they are removed well before the flowering stage for couple of seasons. Eventually the problem will be resolved as long as you do not plough your land way too much, do crop rotation, use only inhouse products like compost etc

Maine 8 inch ki doori di hai paudho me aur 1 acre me sirf 2.8 kgs lagaye hai. Per paudha kam se kam 12-15 tillering de raha hai. Aap paidawaar ki fikr na kare, woh badhiya hi hogi :)
