I find it kinda cool though, that you're able to make 3 people happy by buying an item for resale, the person selling to you is happy, you are happy, and the person you're going to sell it to is gonna be happy as well!

Hi Romee, I’m not sick, but my anxiety and memory has been a problem my whole life. I have a good job now, but it takes me forever to get in a groove in a job. I have to write everything down, and when asked a question my mind goes blank and it makes me look dumb. I’m terrified any time I have to find a new job.

The baseball jersey is part of the Star Wars promotional jersey off the backs across all the milb they tend to auction them off at the end of the game with proceeds going to charity. Most of the jerseys get signed by the players wearing it also great find for $15

“We just want it to go to a good home” is exactly how most yard sale sellers feel. Have too much stuff to keep and all of it has meaning. It helps with parting with if going to a well loved home. Not eBay.

How do you handle claiming expenses when you dont have receipts? I keep a detailed list of what I bought for how much and where, hopefully if I ever get audited the IRS just takes my word for it? lol
Keep a receipt book and log everything
