after this video i restarted gmod and discovered the issue was fixed. didnt know you could just restart the map tho. thats more quicker then rebooting gmod. thanks!
im not sure about the gwater2 thing not working... could either be a conflicting addon (possibly incorrect since there isn't any script error thing) or it isn't installed properly the dark room enterance being blocked could be the works of some other addon though... maybe some addon installed that modified this map so that you can't enter it and it would play the radio sound? like a new gmod virus? just a theory
there also has been a new "Take my meds" gmod virus. so i honestly get your point. but i tried even when all mods were disabled. no luck. thanks for trying to help. Omair
this happens quite frequently but you can just restart the map and it usually works
you could also have a wrong version or have gotten the wrong files.

found out Restarting either Gmod or as i found due to a comment. just the map works at fixing the problem
