I try and see the positive in everything Doug and you getting more videos out to us in these difficult time is definitely a positive. Thanks for taking the time to share with us. Fantastic shelf by the way!
Thank you for the video. I don’t know if you realize how much you have and are contributing to not only the camping/adventure and carving world but also the crafting world. Every forum I am on there is a Doug Linker project on it. You really are a star. I know you had the don’t come to my house episode which was very necessary wierd that you would have to but you are a lot of people’s favorite channel. Thanks again.
I enjoy your trip through the work shop, Sneaking a peep to get some hint of your tool arsenal. then there is a shot of you clomping aroung the work bench near the end. Awesome shoes.
Freehanding through the tablesaw!! Wow, where's the popcorn, I can't wait for all the safety trolls to pop in! :-D That shelf looks way too pretty to put outside.
It is a good idea to wear a mask while cutting/sanding antlers as if the deer had a virus/disease you could possibly inhale it. I have turned antler on the lathe for rings. Antler polishes very nice on buffing wheel. As always good to see you busy Doug, stay safe.
Doug great job on another video you gave us great ideas to make with antlers . Thank you Doug for all the great video's for us to watch keep up the good work looking forward to the next video .
By the way good to see you! I've watch other crafting, you by far are way less boring, love watch you, also think that tree was so cute.!!!! Love your channel
Hello Doug, do think burning a candle(like pine in a glass jar) would help with the smell? Amazing talent 👏allways! TY for helping us (forget)about the hards times all around the world right now ,much needed♡everyone who reads this , STAY SAFE and BE KIND,TAKE CARE ,God Bless 😇
Great ideas Doug. With the craft stores probably closed in your area, it's nice to know you can keep Sophie supplied with hundreds of buttons and other craft supplies.
Cool! I just wondered how they made such back then without electrical tools? I love how Doug offers us various different cool pieces and things.. We'll never ever get bored! Thanks big time, Doug! 🍁
Good fun while your new beard grows back, sorry Doug, you are full of good ideas and lucky to be able to get antlers and such in your neck of the woods, nice one keep safe young man and family, till the next one.
Awesome builds from natural resources. 😁 So nice to see your awesome ideas come to life in your finished products. Peace and Good Fortune and Good Health to you and your family. 🙂
I used to have fun making stuff like this. Had to sell my shop cause the x got tired of me. Oh well!!! When we were kids we do prank calls to all the drug stores. We would ask them if they had Prince Albert in a can and when they said yes we would say “let him out!” Great video. Keep having fun!
Thanks Doug...I, too, think that shelf is very nice. I love the wood...It's good to see you, and good to see you don't have the Chinese flu. The rings were neat, too. It's great to spend a little time watching people doing projects. It gets the brain cell working overtime to make something yourself. I think I'll make breakfast. Hahahaha! Merry Ann from Minnesota
Hi Doug, some great little projects, I like it, i like it a lot. I concur with the smell, it is pretty bad. I do some projects with Beef bone, pendants, needles, buttons, etc., not many deer here in Cornwall, UK. We are really being spoilt with all this additional content You're putting out at the moment, really appreciate it. Take care, stay safe, stat healthy. God bless you and yours.
Those were all great projects. I dont know that I will be able to try any of them as sheds are harder to come by where I live. Still is entertaining to watch your creative process at work. Thanks for your time to share with us. You and your family stay well.
Thanks for the video mate. It is very timely. I’m in New Zealand and have a fair bit of antler laying around. With this lockdown we have here I’m in the workshop every day and have been making a few antler orientated items eg knife handles and rings as you did. Thanks for the video. Stay safe and take it easy.
I enjoyed this video. You have given me some more ideas with left over tines. I have made a couple of knife handles that turned out pretty well. I never thought about rings. I have a couple of vids on the knives. If you really want to stink up the shop, use a butane torch on them to darken them up...lol
Great Crafting Doug. I totally agree with you that the smell of sawn or drilled antler is indeed nasty. Beautiful material, but it will smell up your shop. lol
Great ideas Doug. Many years ago I made a patch knife (for my 50 caliber Hawkin) with a caribou antler handle and hack saw blade cutter. Great looking shelf!
I love that you can see how much joy Doug is getting from these projects. It makes you happy.
Your shop is a REAL working shop. Not everything on a peg board and outlined. I like the organised mess. Thanks for many enjoyable videos.
I try and see the positive in everything Doug and you getting more videos out to us in these difficult time is definitely a positive.
Thanks for taking the time to share with us. Fantastic shelf by the way!
All brilliant but that shelf is fantastic. 🤘
I have always loved crafts that were made straight from Mother Nature. All you need is an imagination.

Thanks Doug. The gremlins are very mischievous in my man cave as well only mine like pencils and screwdriver bits. ;-)
Everytime the gremlins steal a tape measure, I buy another. Then they bring them back. I have a LOT of tape measures. 😁
Hey, great ideas for using antlers. I love the shelf !! :-)
I used to have fun making stuff like this. Had to sell my shop cause the x got tired of me. Oh well!!!
