What garage will you be working from and what routes?
@@southlondoner7169 Well ik gonna work With Stagecoach Catford (TL) on the 75 route as I like driving the Smart Hybrids and the E400 E40H on there and also E40D's, so its alot of choices when you work with Stagecoach as they have so many buses from Scania's, ADL, Volvo, BYD and Transbus (ALX400's) but mostly Scania's and Transbus in the Stagecoach fleet is getting scrapped or giving to another company.

well, we start with day routes before night routes. the earliest sign on we have is 1900 and the latest sign off is 0730

The Goahead Mpire thank you it will be a bit of a while anyways cause I’m still 15 but I hope they’ll understand once I finish my GCSE’s or I might lie and say I’m an engineer for buses as a starter to start my career but I’m actually a bus driver but I doubt that’ll work
ADL couldn’t have made the indicator sound anymore annoying could they. Volvos indicators sound way better.

Are there many young night drivers at NX? I think I seen 1 before idk how old he is but he looks pretty young lol (white guy, usually wears grey hoodie), had another one before but I dont thnk hes a night drivers I think he was covering some shifts
I dont think we have alot of young drivers, I guess thats because they have to socialise. Night drivers dont get that luxery as such
I think the night controllers are gone when the drivers do the last bus on N89 and N21 too I think cause I notice some drivers run early (sometimes getting to Erith 10mins + early lol) and they don't get a call at all to hold back, idk if you do and also I think some drivers don't take the mandatory break at Erith when doing either the last or second to last duty lol
I guess management are pretty chill at NX, I spoke to a driver at another company he said it all depends on whos at the front desk whether they are strict or nott
Drivers must always run by their duty cards. It will be risky for their job to do anything other than what is required by their duty card

not a problem at all, this are normal mistakes from people. Most times people stop the bus only to find out its not what they want. So far you do the right thing, your good
