Kota Kemuning became one of the highest search in property portals lately due to the conglomerate effort by several developers such as Tropicana, IJM, Paramount, Gamuda, and Ecoworld. Despite the address in under Kuala Langat and the leasehold land tenure, projects in this area just took the state by storm.
Arahsia is the first launch of Tropicana where majority are mainly bought by internal staffs. It's also one of the first landed strata in this area where the houses DO NOT HAVE GATES. It would be very interesting to see how customers react to this. But these strata developments would definitely be in demand as it resolves security concerns.
My only concern would be the traffic congestion as there's an overwhelming residence in Kota Kemuning.
