Decadent Chocolate Pistachio Delight with Kataifi Pastry Crunch

  • Making the Viral Dubai Chocolate Bar with Pistachio Cream and Kataifi Pastry!
    Ingredients:
    30 gr. butter
    2 cups kataifi pastry
    1 cup pistachio butter
    1 tsp. cardamom powder (optional)
    2 tbsp. honey (if pistachio butter is not sweet)
    100 gr. dark chocolate
    Instructions:
    -Sauté the kataifi pastry with butter until it turns golden brown.
    -Add the pistachio butter to the sautéed pastry and mix well.
    -Stir in the cardamom powder and honey, mixing thoroughly.
    -Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie) and coat the bottom and sides of a mold with the melted chocolate. Refrigerate until it sets.
    -Place the kataifi and pistachio mixture into the chocolate-coated mold, smoothing it out to leave a slight gap at the top.
    -Pour more melted chocolate over the top to fully cover the filling. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours until set.
