Handong HATES the orange hair from the What era. Recently Insomnia's trolled her by stuffing the voting of an online poll of which idols looked best with orange hair. She won and acknowledged the support but she still hates that orange hair.
And then she take revenge trolling insomnias into thinking the next tittle track won’t be rock lmao

Handong is wrecker of wreckers. She is constantly wrecking my biases- Siyeon and Dami and my bias wreckers- JiU and SuA.
You can definitely see the younger sibling energy Yoohyeon has when she's with SuA. They tease each other a lot.
Also Yoohyeon is very cheeky and likes to not use honorifics when speaking to older members haha
one thing about dami is that she has a phd in parasocialism, which is something you wouldn't expect from her at first glance but MAN does she get into it on the messaging app they use. it's actually nuts. and she's so caring like... ugh. she's so gentle and kind i love her
Here is the thing with our girls' duality, as you said. Each and every one of them can go from "devouring" sexual godess to ultimate trolling goofball AND back in a blink of an eye. There is no better video to showcase it than the 3 minutes long "Abracadabra" relay. I am just not sure you are ready for it. Then, of course, one can never be ready for it!!!😊

The series before 2023 are better in my opinion! Especially the 2020(?).
2020 was the first season and had 8 videos instead of just 7. MAYBE it is the best season because of that, but also because it had never been done before, it was so new. insomnicsy is just CRAZY AWESOME for that and I am so glad they have kept at it! I always look forward to this series!
A long guide to react to, the main one to watch is the "The Ultimate 2021/22 dreamcatcher guide: welcome to the dreamworld" video, about 45 minutes long. (It is a bit outdated, but its the one that i believe is the most informative)
And you have no idea how unfiltered these girls are, if you think the handong section was it, there is a whole series for "Dreamcatcher being unfiltered idols"
I do recommend watching the previous years of the "This is.." series, since it has several other categories as well, that are not in the 2023 version.

YES! As far as I know, their company is unique in trusting these ladies with their own diets. Any other company I have ever heard of has forced diets on their idols, soloists and actors. DCC/ Happyface seems to be really COOL that way! It's like a giant chosen family for the employees. WAY better, far less stressful environment to live and work in than what other idols, soloists and actors have to deal with.

I call Dreamcatcher many things- chaotic crackheads, Chaoscatcher, Memecatcher, Suitcatcher Musclecatcher, unfiltered.

Yoohyeon and Dami have a great dynamic as the 97 line. Handong is honorary Kim. So there is Lee line and Kim line. Dami don’t like pineapple because she chocked on some a a kid. There is a video of them talking about foods they don’t like. Siyeon is known for not liking shrimp and SuA with Cheese. Handong also has a slight chocolate allergy, but she still eats chocolate; her allergy just makes her sneeze after eating it. Some of the other This is series videos have a Fatal section which is basically them on stage. Some videos have similar sections but with different names. Some clips are the same through all the vides, but that’s because they are too iconic for the member to not include.
Each dynamic among members have names.. some are more “official” than others.

Yes, they talk a lot about the MBTI. Dami is an introvert INFJ. Handong and Gahyeon are also introverts. Try and wrap your head around that! Being an introvert doesn't mean you can't follow your dream if you want it badly enough. Handong was really shy and quiet when she debuted with Dreamcatcher because her Korean was almost non-existent. Over the years she has blossomed as her language skills improved and her confidence has gone through the roof.
Yoohyeon is an introvert also, actually - she’s an INFJ. And Dami’s MBTI changed to ISFJ a while back.

Everyone from the West goes through the same confusion with recognizing Dreamcatcher members which I think is because we aren't used to Asian faces. It will eventually just click, like throwing a switch, and you will not remember the time when you didn't recognize them. Part of the problem is their constantly changing outfits, hair styles and hair colors. Women who are not in the entertainment business tend to keep the same hair style and color for years, sometimes for their entire lives. Of course Dreamcatcher have a team of very skilled stylists who are dedicated to making them look fresh and different with every comeback and every tour.
