In this Spotlight, we'll dive deeper into the world of The Pig, our new Survivor David Tapp and the Gideon Meat Plant.
Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game where one player takes on the role of a brutal Killer and the other four play as Survivors. As a Killer, your goal is to sacrifice as many Survivors as possible. As a Survivor, your goal is to escape and avoid being caught and killed.

they can never add the thing as it will cost way too much money to create a completely new animation puppet for a new character, plus the extra amount of money they'll have to spend for the licensing

Honestly the Gideon meat plant was such an amazing opportunity for new 'hooks' in a sense, like putting some classic jigsaw traps in that map instead of hooks and they still function the same but instead of the old death like with the spikes, it's the death you get in the traps
What if they added traps like the Pig Vat and the Razor Wire Maze?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I like to believe that "The Pig" is actually an entirely different victim with her own game, where she has to kill all the survivors or she will be left in the area to rot.

Omg out of all the movies franchises you include in DBD, Saw is the only one out of them that I am a huge fan of. I am sooo happy to see all the movie references implemented so well !! The bear traps really add a fresh element of horror to the game. Well done DBD team !

Inate:Killthrill he gains a large move speed bonus when he initiates a chase but gets stuned for longer against pallets and flashlights.
Ability: Cold Call
Using his vocal device he calls a random survivor causing them to have skill checks even while running failing any one of them will reveal their location to the killer for 15 seconds.
Perks:
Immortal?
Crowd controls last less longer and break pallets faster so long as you have vision of a survivor.
Unknown Identity
When no survivors are hooked reduce terror radius.
Movie Logic
One of the survivors becomes the obsession. For every time you hook your obsession the time needed to pull a survivor off a hook is extended

Don't be dettered by this asshole, I think your ideas are great. The ability idea sounds really cool. They would have to integrate the phone call somehow of they did ghostface and I think you have the right idea
The phone part is the only one that doesn't make sense and wouldn't work because of the no talking rule in the game. Other than that this has been one of the better ideas for putting him in the game.
I really like the idea of marking a survivor if they fail a skill check phone call.

Situational, yet still good. The abuse of hooks by Sabo Squads and the fact that hooks take a while to rebuild was annoying. All around a slightly above average perk.
Surveillance-
2/10
Very bad, seeing as the effect lasts for only 16 seconds. However, could be used to pinpoint more generator focused survivors who tend to fix generators the second the terror radius is gone. Very situational, and even then is bad at that situation.
Make Your Choice-
9/10
Very good perk, but relies on people wanting to rescue survivors. Useless if the survivors have a “Hook and your Dead” feeling about the game. However, 99% of games don’t have these guys, so an all around great perk to kill those pesky altruistic survivors.
Tenacity-
6/10
Average perk which relies almost entirely on the killer having a “Hit and Run” style. But when the Killers clubs you and dashes off, it’s an average perk, but can be completely ruined if the killer has Deerstalker, since he can see you within a certain range. Also useless if you don’t have Unbreakable. However, without Deerstalker Killers, applying Unbreakable, and the killer leaving you to bleed out, a great perk to escape the area where the killer may come looking for you.
Detectives Hunch-
5/10
An ok perk which allows you to see generators, chests, and totems once you complete a generator. Average in it’s chest and totem finding capabilities, especially since the killer is more than likely running towards the generator once it’s done, but once the tier increases and the range is larger, definitely a perk to have if you run a chest item or totem cleansing load out.
Stake Out-
8/10
A great perk for survivors, which allows Good skill checks to become Great skill checks upon being within the Killers terror radius and not in a chase for a set time. This perk is definitely recommended for generator repair load outs, and is also rewarding to stealthy survivors who can avoid the Killers. It is only an 8/10 because it can be countered by small terror radius, which require you to get closer to the killer, which will likely cause a chase, Jumpscare Myers, and the existence of the Doctor. Generally going against Killers with radius decreasers makes Stake-Out very risky and not recommended, but otherwise is a very great perk to have in your generator repair load outs.

Leprechaun. Weapon: staff. Power: illusion; some generators on the map or even a hatch will spawn that will hurt if you interact with them.
Pinhead. Weapon: weighted chain. Ability: Lament Configuration, which can summon a chain through a target.
Chucky. Weapon: yardstick. Power: Agility, which lets him run MUCH faster, at the cost of weapon damage, causing survivors to go down in 4 hits. Mori: trips them with yardstick, hits their junk, and starts mercilessly beating them with the yardstick.
Candyman. Weapon: hook.
Pumpkinhead
Herbert West. Weapon: Syringe. Power: Reagent; corpses will lie around the map, and Herbert West can inject them, causing them to come alive and search for survivors. Mori: injects a few vials of reagent into the survivor causing them to leak blood from every orifice.
Would be cool if we got a manhunt dlc. James Earl Cash could honestly work as both survivor or killer.

@@ridleyformk1244 the trap used to activate even before a gen was completed if the exit gates were powered, but they removed that because people would never use the traps unless the exits were powered because otherwise they didn’t do much. But they should probably buff other aspects of her kit
I have a quick question. If a trap is on your head and you try to escape via hatch, will you be sacrificed? The other question is how long will it take for the traps to snap and how long will it take to open these jigsaw boxes?
It takes around 20 or so seconds to open a box. Pretty sure it takes around 2 mins for the trap to go off. Not sure about hatch need to be tested.
Darragh Clery ANY escape saves you, the trap takes 2.5 minutes to snap, as for the Jigsaw Boxes, that depends on the frequency of skill checks, and if you complete them.
Darragh Clery you can make it trough the hatch even with the trap attached unless the timer run off.
Darragh Clery the trap have a period of about 2:30min and it takes a very short time to finish the jigsaw boxes test the only thing is not all boxes work with your trap you must find the right one

Upon activation the joker laughs his laugh can be heard up to 50 meters any players who hear his laughter experience terror witch means there heart rates increase confusing them if true killer is nearby or not. If the laughter is activated and a player is doing an action in his range like fixing a gen or healing etc they experience a hard skill check if they fail the jokers gets notified as they suffer from the exposed status for 20 seconds.
Perks-
Tooth ache
People who get rescued from a hook toothache perk activates you can hear the person groan in pain loader than normal causing them to reveal there aura for 2.5 seconds.
The watcher
If a player fails a skill. Check in the killers terror radius there aura is reveals for 2.5 seconds

When landing a hit on a survivor they suffer the mangled effect and leave behind thick patches of blood that stick longer than normal.
This has a cool down 30/20/10 seconds.

Well... Her ambush could use more speed.
I play her a lot and I feel like the ambush is fine, the trick with her is to learn to know where survivors are without seeing them. listening closely is a great option something I do is I hide close to a gen and if I hear somebody fixing it I ambush. works everytime

@@Bigbigger1009 No offense but the only way you're winning with Pig is if the team doesnt know what they're doing, she's good in a chase but she doesn't have chase ending abilities, on top of that, she has Zero map pressure, and her stealth ability makes her move slower reducing that Map pressure even more so. You cannot beat a good (or even decent) team with the pig without doing something considered "Toxic" her Ability is *Luck* based, meaning it COULD provide map pressure up to a minute depending on how big the map is and how spread out the boxes are, but more times than not the Trap is removed by the first or second box, plus they could be removed before even activating providing Zero control, and not to mention (

I watched all 7 of the movies back in 2011. Just recently saw Jigsaw.
Mocking watermelons It's decent. I liked it better than Saw 2. I dislike the Saw franchise, and only really like the first two. 3 and up got stupid quick.
Jigsaw is pretty much self contained, without spoiling much. If you're a hardcore fan, watch it.

As someone who had her on Xbox, lemme tell you.
With Surveillance, you can hit a generator and keep tabs on it. It stays highlighted for two seconds after someone works on it, and if you watch the gen, you can see the survivor is working on it before it goes away. It's good for comboing with overcharge, since of you aren't watching it and they mess up, you can get the notification, or just watch and know the gen is no longer in service.
They need to change something with the reverse bear traps. It's just too easy to take off, even if the 2 minutes and 30 second timer was starting. Either they need to make the base jigsaw boxes that spawn on the map be increased, have the timer be shorter (just to make them panic more about having the trap), make it take longer to search the jigsaw boxes (no skill checks) or (longer search time), have the killer get a notification when the survivor STARTS the search for the key (not have an add-on for after they finish and get it off, and don't make this idea an add-on either), or have the survivor not see the aura of the jigsaw boxes and have to actually look for them (they're decently easy to see anyway and have a sound to them when you're nearby).
