While I do think his ability give him excellent map coverage, which should be extremely useful on any giant maps with few obstacles (like, say, all iterations of coldwind farm), I do agree they could have draw more inspiration from his alchemist background (like, having the substance he leave on a wall after slamming into it stays for a bit on the wall (or even spread on the ground over time, creating a hazard zone) and hinder and/or force survivor to scream if they come too close to it, or apply a status effect over time (possibly also appliable through his lethal rush attack) that will slow their repair, healing, vaulting, etc... speed, but they can cure themselves at specific points of the map, kinda like the plague, except there's no downside to curing yourself(except, perhaps, to signal your position to the blight while you're curing yourself), since the killer's extreme mobility make him able to catch up to you immediately afterward to hit you with the status effect again and that should already be enough of a downside).
Also, his extremely low POV of course means that tracking survivors in tall grass or around waist-high obstacles can be hard, but it also make it so that when he break a pallet, he keep his sight on what's behind it, which can be extremely useful for chasing the survivor who just dropped it, as you keep him in your FOV and can tell the exact direction he left (and then use your power to quickly close the distance and resuming the chase).

Killer: He can have his destroyed hex switch to a dull totem and can see the auras of survivors near any totem
Survivor: You can see gen that can be easily found by using your eyes and walking
40% extra healing speed is no joke. Combine it with botany knowledge and the killer loses a lot of pressure
That perk is only useful for indoor maps lol.

Survivor gen reveal perk should of been repair speeds are increased slightly for the duration of the reveal perk that way giving him some incentive to target the gens that are revealed and but let the perk have a medium to high cooldown depending on strong it would be

Surprisingly, Felix the survivor is more exciting than the killer, which is a shame because they could’ve done something really cool with him.

He is definitely my top two favorites. He’s so fun and really good if you actually know how to use him.

The Blight (a concept i imagined after 5 minutes of thinking)
The Blight starts with a set amount of syringes (was thinking of 8,can be increased to 12 via addons). If he decides to hit a survivor with one,they get numerous effects,making it more difficult to perform actions. There are 3 levels of corruption,thats why you can get up to 12 syringes.(3 for everyone,if you only have 8 you have to micromanage a bit)Corruption effects are permanent during the game. Maybe he could have some kind of mist leading him to corruption 3 survivors.
This idea alone would make the killer a terrifying threat,since the game gets harder when he hits you. You could even still give him his rush abilty,but let him use one syringe for it (of course without the pinball nonsense. He can also hit survivors with it)
But i guess we can just run fast ...
Already a much better idea the only thing that I would change is that instead of the mist they scream from seeing things that aren't there much like The Doctors Shock ability where the survivors see fake doctors

Be cool if they changed the illusions you’d see and make them more dynamic, imagine seeing a sprinting blight running towards you but it disappears at the last second, seeing one run around in the distance, potentially towards you and you can’t tell if it’s the real Blight or not.

No, a 1 minute safety after getting unhooked is really good, it allows you to continue to loop the killer/ unhook someone, really good on solo and swf

Yeah I'm gonna have to pass on this one. "Run fast" has already been filled by plenty of killers that don't have 'unnatural abilities.' Hell there's 4 teenagers with knives that run fast and don't need to cave their heads in to remember how to swing their weapon. Regular ass teenagers btw, not 'mutated monstrosities.'
Maybe the next killer's power can be charging up to open his eyes so you can see where you're going.

The concept of "The Blight" implies spreading it, but instead he just injects himself and runs into walls. Idk how that passed as a good idea. The perks are great, but the killer power is so bland. Just a drug rush.
It sounds somehow like both a better and worse version of Legion if you ask me.

Visionary isn't that bad since generator spawns are random. It all depends on how big the tier 3 radius of it is
Devasta The Seeker still the worst perk so far. You can simple use a map or any other perk.
Feeling Despairous yeah, I mean visionary activates when you are near to a generator, while deja vu allows you to see 3 generators at the beginning of a game or complete a generator.

Man, the Blight was most likely inspired by the Halloween Blight events I assume. I also noticed Claudette, Dwight, and Jake wearing their Hallowed Blight Cosmetics, very fitting for the Trailer! Keep it up!
I know I'm late..but the events were teasing the Blight. He was already in stories years before this chapter as "the chemist" or something like that
His power should be this drug but he should have option to use it to himself or on his weapon
1) if he use it on his weapon survivor who will get a hit after 3-5 seconds will get small speed boost for 2-4seconds and hallucinations that can change killer look for survivor skin without that red light, and he can still hear terror radius AND option to see the window or palet aura when ther is only 30% thet it will be there.
2) and when he applie this drug to himself he will get also a speed bust but he will also hear a spurious survivor sounds and blood.
Is it just me or does it feel like the developers have run out of ideas for these killers?
I will judge that based on what the next killer has for a power cuz even the best artist will run out of ideas for a bit
The devs are bad artist so i expect them to run out of ideas a lot as long as i get decent killers every once in awhile

It would be cool if DBD held a contest or something were people could submit their own Ideas for killers and they pick one either on the their own or the communities choice and puts in the game.
I mean they did piramid head amazingly, even tho his perks are garbage and here we are with an opposite, mighty perks with a shitty special power
