    Fascinating talk. I’m coming from a psychology background and have been recently introduced by my HR dept. to consider people analytics. May I ask how you got into analytics after psychology? Did you apply directly or do further study, etc? Thank you for your time.

      Hi Joseph - love that there is enthusiasm for you to go into PA. I got into it after getting a degree in I/O psychology and seeing the power of people data in the workplace.
