I don't know if you have the original floor plans of the chateau? You can get it at your local municipalities in France. They will have it! Check the floorplans to find out for what the rooms on the second floor (all the floors) were originally used for! I have one of those ostrich palaces in the "Klein Karoo" with 30 rooms! 9 of those bedrooms! It took me years to renovate. The house was also in a bad state. But it was worth it! It is now a B&B and I just love it! I use EVERY room EVERY day! Because I believe in celebrating my house. Thank you so much for that Life lesson that you gave us at the end of your flog! It was really special for me. Thank you! I also love my marmalade in the mornings with Marmite! LOL
