To me the Sierra12 Evo maxxed is a beast, with some luck i won a hooligan on a straight race, it can reach 554 km/h (no turbo)
Sierra12 got slight improvements than before but needs a bit more buff Ig, But if not its still good enough probably.
They also need to buff apex series and razor series 👌
