Watching this song being performed on stage 15 years later for the very first time is hands down the most beautiful thing we've gotten from them this year. That means a lot to me for a million reasons, and it's ok not having John Frusciante working on the guitar, that's still mind blowing!!

Nop, I think antony sings the difficult part. It's just that he can't reach so high now live. (Or it was a result of many takes in the studio). Definitely doesn't sound like john though in the studio version

they were good friends and they sound amazing together. the last tours of stadium arcadium is one of the examples. that 5 man rhcp is fantastic.
They did, during the entire "Stadium Arcadium tour" Josh was second guitar and percussion.
i was there, this night was the most amazing and surreal nights of my life. Highly recommend seeing the RHCP live if you get the chance, awesome show!
