I was about to change my shocks but the bolts are at one with the metal dont think they've ever been changed in 20 years so I need to buy shocks springs turrets rings all new bolts and put the grinder to it 😂😅

Generally the originals rot out and at the end of the day if you off roading yours shocks take a lot of hammer. Never seen any 2” lower 🤷♂️
You should have asked for the front shocks I have 4 of them in my garage which I could have done you a good deal on.
Ahh shame bud, I have had them sat in my garage for about 6 months since I had done the back ones. Think when I can afford it I’ll go up to the old man emu ones
@@Jakesoverlandadventures thinking about it, mine are pin to pin , when mine failed as mentioned on your previous post, I went to OME , but I do know someone who has the TFs and they are still OK, Maybe I was a bit heavy handed with them. good luck and the TFs have a 2 year guarantee.
@@neilwhite8131 I will definitely try get my money’s worth out of them, and probably try give them a proper review after a years worth. Think there’s a 10 inch travel shock out there some where but will be massive bucks
Don’t fit very well considering the price do they ?
It’s an old vehicle you got to expect some adjustments, plus your putting a modified part on a standard car

The shape of the metal of the body work doesn’t change it’s probably a slightly wrong measurement by the manufacturer of that part ,looks good anyway
