14:08 Zugzwang litterally means "compulsion to move". If it is your turn, you have to move. You are not allowed to pass and let your opponent move. This sometimes forces you to make your position worse, especially in the endgame.
Your knowledge of the material is very solid, but your methods of speech need improving. Be confident in your words; way too many "things", "sort of"s and "like". If it helps, script things out for a few videos so you can build some good verbal habits, then you can rely on those when you're more freehand speaking like this.
