A super-tasty and healthy #ImmuneBooster fish broth recipe. This wonderful soup will keep the nasties at bay. Kevin's fried fillets look mighty fine too. 🌟👍😋
I love how you not only cook delicious food but also give helpful information about some of the ingredients and it's uses, some of which your viewers may not be aware of
First of all, that fish broth looks out of this world. Great step-by-step descriptions along the way. The chopping of the ingredients on the board is so salubrious. The sound that it makes is 'white noise worthy'. The onions stole the show, with respect to that. Secondly, is there any way in which turmeric could have been incorporated into that flour mixture for the fried fish? Thirdly, would it be possible to chop up the lemongrass into smaller pieces? Or is that size okay? Bringing up Thai cuisine, I notice how they always chop it up to shreds! I was curious to see it in this form. And lastly, the food has every bit of what it takes to fight the COVID...but as you mentioned, we have to take the necessary precautions to be safe and not contract the virus. You and Kevin stay safe. Respect.
Yummy! U just gave me the idea to cook fish broth instead of stew fish. I bought 2 huge red fish on Sunday. Will add dumplings (can't have soup without it) and green fig. Thanks for sharing....keep safe 😀
Hi Reshmi. I love all of the ingredients you added to this broth to boost the immune system. It is so complete. I can't wait to try it myself as I love fish in any form of cooking. Loved the whole video, thank you so much for your words of encouragement. 🙏💐
Reshmi all I can say is "Bravo!"...👍😀...You add ideas to my kitchen everytime you post. As a fellow Trinidadian who loves food, loves to cook and loves to experiment, you continue to inspire and encourage healthy, tasty dishes. Thanks Resh.
Thank you for sharing this recipe. I was looking for some fish soup (fish broth all the same to me) to make to build my family's immune system.. This is just the thing.
Nice one! I cooked a huge batch of boar stock last weekend. Used it to cook salmon stew today which sounds strange to mix those two but it turned out amazing! A solid roundhouse kick against the pandemic.
Thank you so much for your very informative cooking video. I enjoyed every second of it. I have learnt something new with the shrimp shells and how to make a good stock. I appreciate the little informative clips educating about the use, and health benefits of certain ingredients, I am definitely going to try this broth. Take care and stay safe with your family in this pandemic situation at hand.
Can you do a video in how to filet a fish? I cleaned one the other day for the first time and was so proud I actually had fun scaling and cleaning on my own 🙂. Stay safe and God bless
Hi Reshmi I’m fasting for Nau Raatri i make vegetarian soup girl in Trinidad there are five cases of the covid 19 we all have to be extra careful take care of yourself and your family and enjoy your week bye.
