I wish Nigeria produces alot of fruits. When I tell Nigerians in EA country I live, they produce more fruits . The climate change and global temperature rise affected the quantities the past year but farmers still work hard that we always find fruits in the market. Taking fruit daily is great for healthy lifestyle. Looks like in recent times fruits are fewer in Nigerian market. Guava, pawpaw and avocado grow within 1-3years but mangoes and citrus /oranges take 5-7 years.
You are doing great Nwa girl. We should all focus more on production to equate the demand or balance foodstuff demand. Demand and production should be in same pari pasu. You are doing your own part to feed the Nation, Operation Feed the Nation( OFN).
The vegetables are doing so well. Just 3 weeks cucumbers are grown - that's quite revealing. So it's green peppers that changes to red bell peppers eeh kwa! I love the looks of the plantain plantations
I am really proud of you Danica, i have been watching your videos for a while and have also watched you grow indeed. From the onset you have been very focused and also willing to learn and grow. You have something to offer to nigerians.
well done ma. happy seeing this. my humble advice is that you should not leave the affairs of your farm to your managers and farm hands, best of luck as I also wish myself
I once grew cucumber during my 100 level farm practice Looking to maybe go into it in the future This is really beautiful…wishing you more growth in your new business ❤️
Wahoo I love this great move Nnwa girl. This is Operation Feed the Nation(OFN) by doing your own part sharing entrepreneur videos and also involving in it. I'm also doing my own part at my ends. I wish to meet you @danica kosy🤩.
This is a very good job you're doing. I wish you the best. Invest in security o too. As for me, I am planning on going into large scale farming soon. Just need to save up enough money to get lands.
Very insightful. Kudos Madame. Where is your farm located? Some of us are interested in investing and starting small in farming but dont know where to get Arable land with some kind of security. Nigeria factor is really discouraging. You rock!!!
I didn't understand totally what you were trying to accomplish with the green houses. Meaning that many times in the United States people using green houses are trying to protect their crops from the weather because of the cold temperatures in the winter to extend the season. However it looked like your temperature remains pretty warm because what I saw you growing outside the green houses. What were you protecting the plants inside the green houses from? Was it insects, animals, etc.?
Well done sis. It is advisable to wear a waterproof wellie/rain boot when you are visiting the farm. The footwear you are wearing is not suitable; you could injure your foot or even get bitten by some insect or something.
@@Danicakosy I know you are busy but is it possible to help one abroad with establishing and managing such farm near yours please. Please kindly let me know. Thanks
I love what you are doing, but those bamboo should be treated to prevent termite infestation, also Plastic Mulching, that stuff will save you so much in weeding (also it stops most insect infestation)and you can get it in large quantities directly from plastic companies at Anambara for just 1,600naira per kg, I can help you out with a contact if you want Lastly making use of fresh manure can expose your plant to fungi infestation and other pest, I know this because it happened to me.(using fungicide and pesticide every week can help) 😅I just love agriculture and I have put in my free time in educating myself, if you stay in Enugu I would like to come see your farm
I can help you out if you need some advice based on the things I said and more Farming shouldn't be stressful with the right informations, I admire your bold step into agriculture
Weldone Sis.Do you think it's a good idea to start a farm yet when I am not in the country? If yes,can we share your manager or can you give me a reliable manager since you are also in ibadan? Thanks
This is great to see. Prosperity is quietly returning to NGR. Those who don't yet see it or jump aboard of the farming revolution will look back with regret at having missed out on the singular most important wealth creation opportunity NGR has to offer in the 21st century. Visionary millionaires and billionaires would be made from farming. Yes, farming. Bless these visionary entrepreneurs. More grease to your elbow.

I hope you do not cut down too many trees or your streams will dry up 🌳

well done, you are going grow so much that you will have a tomato sauce and paste producing factory
I'm impressed... Waterlogged areas are good for sweet potatoes. You can get some varieties of sweet potatoes vines to plant too

Naira
Please what are the materials used for the greenhouse construction (the covering materials).
It seems to be a rainy and green area with suitable sun, why use a greenhouse?? Why don't you cultivate without a greenhouse
Wear farm wellington boots
