Das M’era Luna ist eine Enklave der Normalität. Ein Treffen unter Gleichgesinnten, ein Rückzugsort, wo die Zwänge und Kalamitäten der Gesellschaft von einem abfallen. Das Aufatmen, der Hedonismus, die Unbefangenheit des Ich-seins in vollem Umfang. Freunde, die vielmehr Familie sind, Musik, die vielmehr Lebenseinstellung als bloßer Klang ist und ein Festival, welches sich anschickt vielmehr Urlaub als Veranstaltung zu sein.
Wir als Veranstalter können nur den Rahmen bieten, das Gefäß, dass es gilt mit Leben zu füllen. Und das ist niemand anders als Ihr - unsere Gäste. Jahr für Jahr macht Ihr Euch wieder auf den Weg rund um den Globus um dem M’era Luna beizuwohnen, jeder Mensch eine Welt und jedes Gesicht eine Geschichte. Und diese Geschichten versuchen wir auch dieses Jahr wieder mit unserer „The Beautiful Faces Of M’era Luna“ zu erzählen.
In den kommenden Wochen und Monaten werden wir immer wieder unser Facebook-Album mit neuen Portraits updaten. Doch bis dahin labt Eure Augen an unserem kleinen Film. Sicher werdet Ihr feststellen, dass es auch das ein oder andere Gesicht aus 2015 in unsere Sammlung geschafft hat - einfach weil wir so viele schöne Bilder letztes Jahr noch nicht verwendet haben. I don't know what experiences people made with goth culture (if they made any at all), but to me that festival always was the most respectful and peaceful place on earth.
So many people judge goth culture yet these aren't the people to be afraid of. All I see is true beauty and wonderful humans, amazing camera work!
