Well that didnt take long...30 mins of research which Guinness are obviously incapable of, tells me the Inuit discovered The North West Passage by kayak, although there journeys were undocumented, they were certainly paddling around 100s of years ago. So Im afraid Im correct that this record claim cannot be verified.....time we showed some respect towards indigenous people, before "blowing our own trumpet".
The guy spent 3 months in the wilderness a paddled 1500+ miles I think he deserves to blow his trumpet a little. It is a sad person who belittles the achievements of others.
