I'm from Europe, and the concept of some old doorframe being made out of Jarrah is insane. Australia is a fabulous place lol. This drum is wonderful.

First of all, sorry if my comment offended you. It is crazy to me because, as a woodworker from europe, Jarrah is considered rare, exotic and expensive.
Just like macadamia nuts are expensive and a bit of a fancy treat in most places, but in Hawaii it's more like a common snack.

My first "watch" was just a listen because I was pouring beers. Second time around I watched. Wow! What a drum!!! I would be fully stoked to see that as an option in a studio or as the backline....or in my snare closet (if I had one) Well done sir!
