Pulsed until it is like a crumble, then added ice water slowly until it comes together . I roll mine between 2 pieces of cling film . It helps when putting the pastry in the tin . Remove the top layer & using the base layer to support flipping the padtry into the tin . I thought your quiche looked delicious . Your children are fortunate that you are introducing them to such a variety of foods , whilst still maintaining a mainly traditional Japanese diet . No faddy eaters in your family . How you manage to do this with such young children around is amazing 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 .

The stew looked exquisite as did the quiche and the sea bream carpaccio. Your children did a marvellous job with the birthday cake. Yummy to have whipped cream and fresh fruit on a cake.
