There's nothing like salmon, but I really like the way you cooked it in the foil packets with enoki mushrooms. 🤤 I've been getting my food delivered straight from a farm and I think I'll be making a stir-fry tonight with vegetables because they're coming out of my ears 😂 I'm going to attempt making your miso glaze. 🥰 Have a lovely rest of the weekend. I see in yours and others’ videos that you often salt Cucumber and even onion to take away the bitterness! Our vegetables in the west are so bland, even white radish (Mooli). I so welcome anyone gifting me home grown produce - so much nicer than so called organic vegetables- be it from supermarkets or so called farmers markets. What I do find odd is that everybody seems to scrape out the seeds from bitter gourd - we use the beast! Usually finely sliced and simply sautéed with a pinch of salt; perhaps touch of fresh ginger and garlic (depending on mood) but we embrace the bitterness!
You are truly a super mom. You can do everything on your own. I salute you. Another happy video to watch and easy recipe for me to try. May i ask if i can substitute potato flour with corn flour? Wishing you good health and happiness always with your family ❤

Sorry, Daikon re radish; completely tasteless over here. I’ve made stuffed paranthas, pickles, salads etc but I think producers are dumbing down to lowest common denominator; even in London you can go to supposedly great Japanese restaurant and prod around the weird, grated white stuff before realising its radish and before anyone says, definitely not Yam!

いつも簡単料理真似しています、楽しみにしてます!こうゆう簡単料理とか色んなのだしてる人少ないから助かりますね❗自家製味噌真似して初めて作ったですがもう食べれる時期にきてなんだか粒が残っていてそこに濃い味が残ってるみたいで味見すると薄くて次の日にしょっぱくなってるのはどうしたらいいですか?教えて下さい!
私もお味噌を開封してみました!
色見は丁度良く、甘めの味噌になりました。発酵が進まないように、ジップロックに入れて、冷蔵庫保管する予定です。
粒は、大豆でしょうか。ミキサーなどで粉砕すれば、粒は残らないですが、私と同じように?手作業で潰した場合は大豆の粒が残ります。食べられるのですが、味噌汁にするときは、味噌漉し器を使っていますよ😇
味の違いの原因はよく分からなくて、ごめんなさい🙏
味噌を仕込むときに、塩と麹と大豆はしっかりと混ぜているはずなので、塩が固まっているとも思えず🤔
カビで無ければ、問題ないとは思います。
