I knew Jase for only a short time and one particular thing he told he helped me after his passing to treat myself with the respect I deserved, his words kept coming unto my head and it helped me make action to change my life. I'll always thank him for that and I always think of him often. Thanks for the mental health mentions too, have struggled a lot with a few aspects and making action on that too ❤️ lots of love to you
