Cycling paradise all year round in the Alicantinian Alps!!!! Coll de Rates blues south side from Bolulla to Tárbena!!!!And the downhill side is the North side leading to Parcent... Where all pros go to train!!!!! a must!!!!!!!!
I will make later a video with guys from almost every team who doing this at the beginning of season. It works for them 🥲, but its not an onlymagic thing you should do... probably its a combination with other type of intervals during the day/week training plan.
@@artem4ik19 I feel you. Some like to do it, others don't. I personally don't too. I think time in zone and volume is more important than specific low cadence. Unless you use that cadence for some reason in cycling, MTB or cyclocross (last one I think it could work there).
@@XavierHipolito the point is to 1. recruit type II fibers, develop hip and leg drive, transfer the training load from the aerobic system to the muscular system, etc. You probably don't like them because you need em :) - we all tend to ride what we're good at, which is why a structured plan covers all bases. If you don't know the "why " of type II recruitment, then maybe you don't know all the answers as to what works...?
Loved the music! Sound like this is on Zwift but in real life!

Do you know how many breaks and how long the breaks are?
just curious, do they do low cadence intervals in-season or is this vid pre/off-season?
As I know - pre season only
Hi, how old are you this year?
Young
Where is it ?
this bike is better than sworks venge15?
Better comfort 100%, and disc brakes are more powerful, but I never had issues with rim-brakes, only in rain)
how far long this mountain
Around 15min in good tempo
I don't get this low cadence intervals. Science says that there is no benefits from low cadence, unless you ride in low cadence

@@XavierHipolitothere is evidence that you use more type 2 muscle fibres at low cadence.
@@brandonallen7748 what's the point?
