Something just occurred to me if the Trunchbull doesn't like children then why didn't she just teach college or better yet be an adult life coach it would really make her good money like come on Agatha if you hate children then get a good alternative job
She hates children, but she also loves power and punishment. If she taught college students who either weren't scared of her, or had the power to fight back, she wouldn't be in control anymore and would probably either be bored or be intimidated. Case in point, the children fighting back at the end is enough for her to drive away scared

All bullies are cowards. Tough and powerful when people are scared of them and/or back them up, but weak and defenseless whenever people aren't scared and/or fight back
all bullies are arrogant and have a huge ego, or have low esteem and think selfishly that bullying is the way to hide it and solve this issue. If, even in a college, no student would be believed and helped once he spoke about her detentions, Agatha Trunchbull would bully them anyway
@@MorganKing95 it is a matter of how much people believed that all children were stupid, naughty, lazy etc and therefore what detentions to give them. Actually, Miss Trunchbull DELIBERATELY uses over the top detentions so that if children complained at home their parents would not believe them. If a teacher hated your braids or pigtails and cut them, a parent would protest for this arrogant gesture; if she caught you fro your hair and used you as an gym tool, no parents would believe you
