But due to cost cutting, build quality levels are not so great. Engine noise issue is solved in newer model. Honda employees are super egoistic. Infact, Honda City is the most expensive yes least discounted C Class Sedan. One of the best drivers car after Vento and Rapid!
I have a 2014 Honda City SV idtec. So far it has done 1.46 lakhs kms and still drives very well. No major issues other than the mandatory breakpad, clutch lever changes. The AC wiring had to be redone because cooling became an issue. No major complaints, no rattling noises, no engine issues. The car is fine. Gives me a mileage of around 18 in the city and 21 on the highway. If driven within 100kms per hour, the mileage is around 23. Not sure if the fiestas and vernas last this long because my friends who had those had issues and changed cars within 1 lakh kms. I am extremely happy with my decision to buy a Honda.

Every thing is at its proper place in its cabin, like arm rest, gear lever, hand break, stearing wheel, etc. And have I driven my colleagues verna, there is lack of management in position all these tools like arm rest, gear lever and hand break lever. When some diesel user sits in my car, they often ask me, is it an electric car or a Petrol car. Because it is the quietest engine ever with great pickup and great mileage of 17KMPL on highway and 15 in city. That's why its name is also City.
